Fantastic villa!
This is a beautiful villa with lots of outside space for relaxing. The pool is great, especially with the jacuzzi area for sitting in the shade. You are not overlooked at all and there is plenty of comfortable seating of all types. Our youngest kids were 8-11 and could stand up in the shallow end, while the adults could dive in the deep end.
The villa has absolutely everything you would need. We shopped at the local supermarket recommended by Catalina and cooked and ate almost every meal at the villa.
There isn’t much within walking distance so you really need a car, but the area is lovely and quiet and the villa has amazing views over the surrounding hills and sea.
Highly recommended driving 10mins to El Campello main beach. There are loads of shops and restaurants along the long promenade and the beach and sea are brilliant. The sea is warm and not too deep for kids. The beach is sandy. The inflatable on the sea costs 10 euros per person and is great fun for an hour.
The villa has beach chairs and umbrellas you can use which was really handy.
Alicante and Benidorm are also worth a visit, along with Les Fonts d’Algar waterfalls which is about 40 mins drive away. But go at the end of the day when it’s quieter as it gets really busy! Aim to get there at 5pm on a weekday!
All in all we had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend both the villa and our very accommodating host!
