Free private parking in the residence and secured with badge.
Large private pool (with children's pool). Supervised in season.
Ideal location, 5 minutes from the beach of the large conch, 10 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from the center port, quiet area.
Studio cabin 27m2 non smoking fully equipped including:
- an entrance serving the bathroom (washing machine, shower and toilet) and a sleeping area with bunk beds 90x190 and a closet
- a living room with kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction hob 2 burners, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven multi-functions microwave)
1 sofa bed rapido 140 comfortable and a bar table with 4 chairs.
+ Flat screen TV and storage cabinet with wardrobe.
- a large terrace of 7m2 with nice view of the channel and the port before, garden table and 4 chairs.
As a measure of hygiene and allergy our friends animals are not allowed.
