A lovely architect designed and renovated family home in the historic Armory District on Dexter Park in the hip West End. 1st floor has a cozy family room with warm hardwood floors and a chef's kitchen with steps to a lovely fenced rear garden. There are 2 large bedrooms with a shared full bath on the 2nd floor, a loft-like master suite on the top level with private bath and a basement guest room. The neighborhood is close to downtown, a little over a mile to Brown and RISD and has many excellent restaurants, bars and cafes within walking distance and a weekly farmers market across the street.

My spouse and I I both teach at Brown and work in theater, tv and film in providence and beyond. We love our neighborhood and take full advantage of the park across the street and everything Rhode Island has to offer. We love our home and are very happy to share it.
