Relaxing Getaway

We booked a last minute trip to the beach and this unit was the perfect location. It was clean, check in and out was super easy, the kitchen was well stocked and clean and it had great access to the beach and pools. We would definitely stay here again.

Great family vacation destination

Our family enjoyed this property, plenty of room for us. Condo was clean with many amenities. 13th floor gave beautiful views of the Gulf. Check in and check out process very simple. Indoor/outdoor pool is small. Condo is beachfront, umbrella service easily obtained. TVs in each bedroom and living room, but remotes did not operate TVs. Would definitely stay again!

Great beachfront condo

This property is well maintained, clean, and is exactly as described. It is beachfront and has a huge balcony overlooking the gulf. There is also a nice view and second sliding glass door in the master bedroom. The check-in process was easy, and directions were sent a week in advance, as stated. Check out was also easy - just basic instructions that any good guest should do, like put dishes away and take out the garbage. The property is quiet and in a good location. And we were happy to have a reserved covered parking spot. Highly recommend this specific condo. We’d love to return!

Beautiful location and condo

My teenage Son and I just needed a get away from today’s worries. Condo is exactly as pictured and very clean and homey! Even though weather wasn’t perfect for a vacation, the view made up for it! I’d love the opportunity to return!

Absolutely amazing

I have stayed in Gulf Shores many times and this condo was the best ever. We had the corner property so we have views from the balcony from three sides. The ocean view was spectacular. The condo was very clean. There were four of us ladies that stayed and we all said it was the best place to stay. Hopefully we will get to come back again.

Great Location

Very clean upon arrival. We were surprised multiple times by people (for legitimate reasons) being in the unit or entering the unit without us knowing so communication could have been better. While there were a small number of areas due for minor upkeep the unit was a great layout and well stocked with what we needed. Location is fantastic and beautiful .

The wraparound balcony provides a beautiful panoramic view of the shoreline and intercoastal waterway. The full kitchen and laundry room are excellent complements making this an excellent family getaway.

Excellent Condo

Had a great stay once again in GS. First time in this condo and complex. Only drawback was no fitness center in the common area while Coastal Shores West has one. Had no issues with unit and no communications with property manager. This area is great as there are several good restaurants within walking distance of less than 15 minutes. Would stay again.

We also loved relaxing in the hot tub. The location of the condo was perfect, being close to many restaurants and shops. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. The views from this corner unit were fantastic and we loved being on the balcony which was very warm for January. The staff at ALBVR were very helpful and it was a breeze renting this unit.

Great Unit, Awesome Views of Ocean and Bay.

The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, well equipped and the views were spectacular. This unit is directly on the beach on the 13th floor. I is a corner unit, which gives direct views of ocean and beach but as a bonus, you also have good views of the bay across the street. We were very pleased with the unit. The only major complaint was that the mattresses were not very comfortable being hard. The king size mattress was much lower on each side with a rise in the middle. Impossible to sleep in the middle or next to one another without feeling like you are on a hill. One other thing that would have been nice to know but only affected us for one day, was that there was no mention of the ongoing painting of the outside of the building, which is not a problem in and of itself and needs to be done from time to time, but for someone that is staying through the week would be a big problem considering all the balconies are closed Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm due to this work and I'm sure won't last long. Otherwise, we had a great experience and the parking for this unit was exceptional being on the bottom level and a reserved space. Not a big fan of all the extra fees upon booking, but we knew that before we booked. BEWARE, there is a parking fee for anyone staying in the building.
