House ground floor with outdoor pool 8x4 meters heated, secure, ideally located in Carcans city in a preserved environment, pleasant and quiet.
The house is located 400m from bike paths, 5 minutes from the lake and shops and 10 minutes from the beach.
A large garden with a covered outbuilding equipped with a bar, barbecue and plancha.
A living room, dining room of 35m2.
The kitchen is closed.
The 4 bedrooms are comfortable and have closets.
A bathroom two basins, a separate toilet.
Beds are made upon arrival, linen is provided.
A private parking allows to park 3 vehicles.
You can on reservation by phone have bicycles delivered by the shop bicycool de maubuisson.
You also have the possibility to do your shopping on the site of the Super U of Lacanau and have them delivered on your arrival.
