Beautiful and convenient 2bed Apt, excellent location to Commute to NYC. Bus stop one one block away. This apartment was recently renovated and professionally decorated to make your stay pleasant and in style. Each bedroom has a queen bed, full of closet space, at the living room there is a full sofa bed. TV wifi, a complete equipped kitchen. Elevator and laundry room in a common area. We also offer private parking for a daily fee.

We welcome to your Home. Please be advice of the House Rules, which are set up for all our guest in order to keep this place at the best ability and make your stay comfortable.
• Check In time is at 15:00 PM
• Check Out time is at 11:00 AM
• No Smoking
• No Pets Allow
• The use of illegal drugs is prohibited
• No dirty dishes at the time of check out.
• Do not eat or drink on the couches and beds.
• A reset cleaning is included at your rental for the next guest to come. Cleaning includes: Sweeping, mopping, dusting and washing linens. You are responsible to keep the kitchen clean at the time of check out.
• Be respectful of the neighbors, please no loud noises.
• Throw the garbage as often as possible (We provide Garbage bags); those are located at the bottom of the sink compartment.
• Any damage or broken items at the property must be notify immediately.
• For your own security lock the door every time you leave the premises.
• All visitors must notify and be authorized by us.
• Please turn off all the appliances before leaving the apartment (Coffee Maker, TV, etc).
• You can use the address to purchase articles for delivery, however we are not responsible for missing items or delivery issues. In the event you would like parking, it is available for a daily fee of $15 dollar per car. We will need at least a 24 hour notification for the parking in order to assign a spot for your car.
• Washer and Dryer machines are located in a common Area at the Building Complex (Next to 1715 building take ramp down to the basement). Key for for laundry room is the extra one in your key chain with the rubber cover. Machines work with coins $2.50 washing load Small $3.50 large and $0.25 for 8 minutes for the dryer.

Convenient to NYC

The room had a perfect layout for a family to give everyone their own space. Furnishings were adequate and located right near the front door to the building. The bus pickup in front of the building was nice!

Great place for short term stay. Not as good for longer term.

I stayed at this location for about a month, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The space is clean, well-decorated, and comfortable, making it ideal for short-term stays. However, for longer stays, a few issues became apparent. The listing mentioned that certain essentials were provided, but we had to buy our own toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and cleaning supplies. There was also no vacuum, which made tidying up more difficult. Another significant issue was the internet. While Wi-Fi is available, it was quite slow and only worked in the main living room. I couldn't connect from either bedroom and ended up using a lot of data on my hotspot. So, don't expect to take video calls or conferences easily. Additionally, the appliances, particularly the oven, were very underpowered. Cooking frozen food per the package instructions often left parts of it cold and undercooked. The pull-out couch was also in poor condition, with much of the fabric torn around the edges. Hot water was only available at certain times of the day, which was inconvenient. These issues wouldn't pose much of a problem for a short holiday, but if you're planning an extended stay, it's something to be aware of.

Great Place

Nice SMALL apartment. The decor was super cute and the apartment had utensils, pots, pans, and Tupperware for cooking. Claudia included instructions on easy bus and train routes to keep us from getting lost. Also, let us rent a garage to store our luggage after check out. So, luckily we didn’t have to carry them around NY before the flight. The apartment was lovely and close to everything. I’d definitely stay again.

Great place

Everything was great. Apartment was just as pictured. We appreciate the quick responses we got back from Claudia. Directions were perfect for bus routes and very easy to follow. No trouble at all. About 20 min to get into the city. Thanks so much. We will recommend this property to our friends!

Amazing experience

We absolutely loved this apt. Not only was it clean and beautiful but it was such a great location. Every morning we walked to a nearby Dominican restaurant called Juan & Gloria they have great breakfast. We would then catch the NJ transit into NYC a 15-20 minute ride. Everyone we met at the apt complex and in the streets were extremely nice and helpful such a great community. There is a grocery store right down the street Food Baazar we were able to get some groceries for our stay there very convenient. Claudia the property manager went above and beyond in order to send me my Apple Watch that I accidentally left in the apt. Thank you Claudia! Would love to stay here again.

comfy, beautiful unit

This apt was great. Beds were super comfy. Everything we needed was there. It's a beautiful unit. Parking is right there. Grocery store and coffee shop very close. Bus stop right outside the apt. Neighbourhood was great but after having to take the bus into NY several times I was disappointed by the length of time to travel into the city (2 of the rides were 45 minutes to the Port Authority)- I know you can't do anything about the traffic- However every night we came home by bus it was only 15-20 minutes so that was good. Thanks Claudia
