Sea La Vie is a well-appointed, breathtaking beachfront condo located mid-island on beautiful Fort Myers Beach. This 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms fourth floor unit has been remodeled in February 2025 and is the perfect place for your family’s next vacation. The master bedroom features a king size bed with built in closet, nightstands, and 55" - 4K Smart HDTV. The second bedroom has queen size bed, built in closet, nightstands, and 65" - 4K Smart HDTV. The gourmet kitchen has gorgeous granite counter tops, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, stove/oven, air fryer, instant pot, Keurig duo (pod and carafe) coffeemaker, and microwave. The living room is tastefully decorated with a full-size leather sofa sleeper, 2 leather recliners, 70" - 4K Smart HDTV, coffee and end tables, lamps, fireplace insert for those chilly winter nights. Dining room table sits 4. The lanai accommodates a comfortable patio set overlooking dramatic views of the Gulf of America. Sea La Vie is a smoke free zone. Sorry, no pets allowed. Must be at least 23 years old to book this unit. One vehicle per unit is allowed. Sorry, no trailers, boats, RV, or motor homes are allowed on the property.

Sea La Vie is located directly across from Publix Supermarket making it very convenient to get your groceries. In the same plaza as Publix you will find Snook Bight Marina and Junkanoo. Sea La Vie is situated 2.4 miles (10 minutes by car) from Times Square where you can find live entertainment, shops, restaurants, bars, and much more. Fort Myers Beach offers many outdoor activities such as parasailing, jet skiing, bike rentals, golf course, charter fishing, boat rentals, and miniature golf.

Places to explore:
Fort Myers Beach is nature lover’s paradise. With over 400 varieties of seashells, you can spend hours strolling up and down the beach hunting for the perfect souvenir. If you really want to feel one with nature Lovers Key State Park made the 10 Most Romantic Places in Florida according to Coastal Living and Travelers Magazine and it is short 3.8 mile drive from Sea La Vie. If seclusion is your thing, then Sanibel and Captiva Islands are short drive away (14.2 miles). If you like gators and birds, the The Bird Rookery Swamp is a great place to visit and only 33.3 miles away. Nature is not for everyone and if you prefer to get a little history during your vacation I recommend checking out the Edison Ford Museum in Fort Myers situated 16.5 miles from Sea La Vie. For those who enjoy beer tasting, then make a pit stop at the Fort Myers Brewing Company, voted 2016 Best Large Brewery in Florida. Last but not least, if you enjoy college sports, don’t forget to check out home games at Florida Gulf Coast University only 20.2 miles away.

Very cute!!

It was a very cute condo and perfect location! Beach was very quite. Not a lot of people which we loved. We gave a 4 star on cleanliness due to some of the fan remotes, tv remotes, and appliances being sticky but overall great experience!!

Motion detecting devices in bedrooms

I repeatedly contacted the owner regarding motion detecting devices in the bedrooms and was told two times they would be turned off. The owner cited they were for security. While she was responsive to my calls/texts, she lied to me more than once. The third call to the owner resulted in telling her telling me she wouldn't turn them off and they are for security. Motion detecting devices were not disclosed and are a violation of published VRBO owner rules. I contacted VRBO today and was told I should have called the 1st day. Sea la vie condominium was fantastic our family loved staying there kids enjoyed it it was directly on the beach so you didn’t have to drive unless you wanted to try a different beach publix super market was directly across the street it made it very convenient to by Groceries without having to drive to far away the condo itself was very clean well kept has all the Necessities for your stay I would definitely recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a nice beach getaway. Thank you

Great Ocean Front Condo with Fantastic View

Great condo / apartment in a convenient location. With a restaurant and grocery store across the street, you can spend a whole week here without getting in your car. Everything was neat as a pin upon arrival, highly recommend.

Would absolutely stay here again

The place was perfect for 2 couples and we loved that it was a 2 bdrm/2 bath and very clean. We loved the location, the stretch of beach and the balcony, where we spent a lot of our time relaxing. It was a perfect distance from the crowds and we easily grabbed Ubers for dinner (or walked 1 mile to Junkanoo) - and having the Publix right across the street was ideal. Luanda was amazing - he was very helpful, quick to respond to questions/inquiries and helped us store luggage as we arrived rather early. I am so glad we stayed here and highly recommend.

Honeymoon

The moment we walked in the room my husband said " ok, we're coming back here next year!!" The location was perfect! Just steps from the beach and a quick drive to local attractions. The condo was decorated beautifully and had lots of beach accessories for us to use. The views from our balcony were breath taking. The owner was so nice and responded to my messages very quickly. We can't wait to plan our next trip and look forward to staying here again!!

Traveling with two generations

This condo is beautiful! How ever there was still sand on the floors and in the guest bedrooms sheets when we arrived. When we tryed the extra set of sheets the were too small so we had to wash the sheets and put them back on. Other than that it was wonderful. Maybe the maid just forgot that bed and maybe her vacuum just needed to be emptied? Normally the rooms are spotless! We would still stay there again!

Great Place!

We recently stayed for three days and two nights. The condo has an amazing view and was very clean when we arrived. The location overall is great. For the beach, towels, chairs (brand new) and toys were all provided. The kitchen had everything we needed for all meals and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Our family of five had a great time!

Clean, tasteful condo directly on the beach

Wonderful stay in this two-bedroom condo on the beach, directly across from Publix. The setting is quiet and picturesque. Spend a lot of time on the lanai. Plenty of beach loungers near the Gulf and a beautiful salt-water pool when you need a break from the sand. We highly recommend Seaside Condos!

Great Place to stay on Ft Myers Beach

Property was clean and neat, perfect location right on beach and a Publix across the street. You def have to deal with traffic going to the center in afternoon and evenings but thats the case with any properties on Ft Myers Beach The only thing I would suggest is that they invest in new beach chairs. Three of them were broken and the other three were not great. Other than that it was good!

Why they chose this property

Sea La Vie is located at Seaside Resort in Fort Myers Beach. I have vacationed at Seaside Condo since I was 18 years old with my parents and later with my own family. When the opportunity came to buy a vacation property, I knew it had to be at Seaside Condo. The building is located mid island, which means that it's close enough to Times Square (it's about 2.5 miles) while being far away enough that you are not in the middle of chaos on a daily basis. The beach is only a few steps away from the building, especially during high tide. You can actually hear the waves with the doors and windows closed. The fact that the building is located literately across from the supermarket is a great plus. Cross over and get your supplies whenever you need. There are many condos in FMB, but Sea La Vie @ Seaside is a truly a special place. Also check out Luna Sea property # 1548440.
