The house has a private access that can ideally accommodate 6 people + baby with a walled garden and close to the beach and shops, bars and restaurants. The terrace is facing south for casual meals (barbecue).
Ground floor: entrance, living room, kitchen with old stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toilet. Large garage with washing machine, freezer.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms with double beds (140x190cm), 1 bathroom (shower-bath).
Outside: Terrace very sheltered, lawn, living room of garden, barbecue and privative carparks. On the back of the house a large outdoor dryer.
The peninsula offers more than 120km of coastal paths with the famous GR34, many water sports, trips to the sea, many beaches with spots for skiing, hikers and / or amateur photographers of nature. will find exciting natural spaces.
We are waiting for you on the Presqu'île with in summer all the seasonal activities like the musical Tuesdays of Morgat, the themed evenings and other markets!

A great place for families.

The house was comfortable, the owner was friendly and helpful and the location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants was really good. We had a lovely week with our granddaughter.

Schöner Urlaub in schönem Haus.

Haus bietet alles, was man braucht. Sehr gut gelegen: kurze Wege zum Einkaufen, Strand und Restaurants und dennoch absolut ruhig. Alle Highlights der Insel von dort aus zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.

Perfekt

Wir waren 14 Tage in diesem Haus. Die gute Urlaubsstimmung ist vom ersten Tag an geblieben. Perfekte Kommunikation von Anfang an, obwohl wir leider die französische Sprache nicht beherrschen. Herr Menesguen hat uns einen sehr freundlichen Empfang bereitet und wunderbar eingewiesen. Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen geschrieben: es fehlt an nix. Platz jede Menge, zentral aber ruhig gelegen. Für uns war es ideal! Zu zweit hatten wir natürlich jede Menge Platz, was wichtig war, da wir auch etwas schlechteres Wetter überbrücken mussten. Es kommt natürlich immer auch etwas auf die Erwartung an: wer eine hochglanzpolierte Unterkunft sucht, ist hier fehl am Platz. Aber wer Großzügigkeit, gute Lage, einen sehr freundlichen Vermieter in Zusammenhang mit einer soliden, funktionierenden Ausstattung will, ist hier goldrichtig. Uns haben unsere Fahrräder viele kleine Touren ermöglicht. Besonders herzlichen Dank nochmals an Monsieur Menesguen für seine freundliche Art und seine Bereitschaft, sich mit uns englisch zu unterhalten.

Super séjour

Notre séjour d’une semaine en septembre dans la location a été un vrai plaisir. Elle est idéalement placée. Nous étions à la période des grosses chaleurs et nous avons apprécié la fraîcheur de la maison. Le top du top, c’est l’accueil de M. Mesneguen et ses gentilles attentions. Un grand merci à lui. Maison Morgat

Un emplacement idéal, à quelques dizaines de mètres de la plage et des commerces, un environnement magnifique aux alentours, grottes, GR34, plages pour le surf, parcours VTT... Tout pour passer d'excellents moments.

Der perfekte Aufenthalt

Wir verbrachten acht wundervolle Tage in diesem Haus. Mr Ménesguen hat sich hervorragend um alles gekümmert, wir konnten gänzlich die Füße baumeln lassen. Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse mitten im Zentrum von Morgat, der Supermarkt befindet sich in Sichtweite. Es hat großen Charme, große Räume mit hohen Decken. Eine Holztreppe führt in den ersten Stock, wo sich drei Schlafzimmer und das Bad befinden. Im Dachgeschoss gibt es auch noch ein Schlafzimmer. Unten befinden sich Küche, Wohnzimmer, Toilette und eine Garage mit Waschmaschine und vielen Utensilien, wie Putzmittel, Gartenschlauch und Möglichkeiten, nasse Wäsche aufzuhängen. Selbst an Schraubenzieher, Schere, Strandliegen und Erklärungen des Mülltrennungssystems wurde gedacht! Das WLAN (sehr wichtig für unser Teenie-Mädchen) funktionierte sehr gut. Vor dem Haus gibt es einen wunderbaren Rosengarten, hinter dem Haus einen kleinen Hintergarten in dem sich während unseres Aufenthaltes eine schmusige Katze aufhielt (gehört eigentlich nicht zum Haus, war zur Freude der Kinder jedoch immer da). Der Strand befindet sich praktisch vor der Haustür. Die Nachbarschaft war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Herzlichen Dank für alles!

Confort et localisation parfaits !

Nous sommes particulièrement satisfaits de cette location. Parfaitement calme, malgré un accès instantané à la plage, aux commerces et aux restaurants. Maison très bien équipée, bien isolée. Le propriétaire se soucie sincèrement du confort de ses hôtes. Si nous revenons sur la presqu'île, nous savons où loger !

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la presqu'île de Crozon

Aucun problème à signaler ! Les atouts sont nombreux : - la maison est idéalement placée et dispose d'un emplacement de parking dans l'allée qui mène au garage. Elle est située dans une impasse, bien au calme. Le confort est certes rudimentaire mais c'est suffisant et surtout conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. Donc pas de surprise ! De plus, elle dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire. Enfin, M. Ménesguen, le propriétaire, est très sympa, disponible et réactif à toutes demandes. Super séjour dans un bel endroit. Nous recommandons vivement.

Un très bon séjour !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison, idéalement située à proximité immédiate de la plage et du port, mais aussi des commerces et restaurants, dans un environnement très calme. L’accueil du propriétaire est également très appréciable, nous conseillant sur les sites à visiter et activités nombreuses à faire sur Morgat et aux alentours. Bref, de superbes vacances dans une très belle presqu'île : à recommander !

Parenthèse enchantée

Très bon séjour

Logement idéalement situé, proche des commerces et des restaurants. A deux pas de la plage. Elle se situe dans une impasse calme. Concernant la maison, il ne faut pas s'attendre à du moderne. Comme on dit: ''elle est dans son jus''. Mais c'est ce qui fait son charme. Elle est très spacieuse et bien équipée. Nous étions accompagnés de nos 2 bêtes à poils. Le jardin clos était idéal pour les faire jouer et le garage très pratique pour les retours de balades pluvieuses (même s'il pleut rarement en Bretagne !!) Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux du propriétaire. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

La maison est conforme à la description de l'annonce , une belle cuisine avec tout ce qu'il faut pour préparer les repas , le séjour a maintenant une petite télé et la wifi .celui ci donne sur un petit jardin agréable ou une partie est dédié aux repas plutôt le midi plein soleil mais aussi l'apéro Possibilité de se reposer dans des transats Nous n'avons pas utilisé le barbecue .La maison est très centrale le super U à deux pas avec un poissonnier tous les jours jusqu'à 13 h .Plein de petits resto cafés aux alentours .Nous étions 5 et avons bien profité de notre séjour !! faire la ballade en b

Maison qui bénéficie d’un très bel emplacement

Les deux semaines étaient fort agréables grâce au soleil et à la situation de la maison. Elle mériterait quelques arrangements pour en améliorer le confort, mais sa situation est exceptionnelle et son propriétaire a l’écoute.

great location

fantastic location. central, but really quiet and tucked away. the plumbing was a bit basic (one very small loo), but the house had a great feel, was very comfortable, and did not disappoint us. I should also mention that it is 2 minutes from the beach, and two minutes from the local supermarket. that's superb.
