T3 very bright, quiet located on the first floor of a small condominium, with a private garden to enjoy the sun and barbecue.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, WIFI, living room with sofa bed, TV, 2 bedrooms. The bathroom has been redone (January 2018) with spacious shower.
The apartment with its garden is 10min walk from the beach and Rochebonne Sillon.
Apartment in a character house located in the center of Paramé (district of St Malo) 10 minutes walk from the beach of Rochebonne and the dike to walk to the old city intramural.
Ideally located to easily reach Cancale, the Bay of Mont St Michel, Dinard, Dinan and why not to the islands of Chausey, Jersey, Guernsey.
You can also enjoy the quiet private garden with garden furniture and barbecue.
