NO BEACH ACCESS

We have stayed at Reflections several times and always have a great, this time being no exception. However, the listing said there was beach access which is not true. The Sheraton has gated the walkway to the beach and you must have an access card to get to it. Vacasa was very rude and demeaning on the phone when I called asking how to get access to the beach the listing said there was. I was told “Sir, your definition of beach access is different from our definition. Our definition means the beach is a 10-15 minute drive in order to access.” This was very disappointing. Reflections is great but the customer service from Vacasa was not.

Great Stay with large pool

This was a great place to stay with the family while needing to go next door to the Sheraton’s conference center. The only negative critique is that the lack of cooking utensils. No spatula, lack of serving utensils, and only a few measuring spoons/cups. It was sufficient for our basic cooking needs.

Amazing views

This place was amazing, very clean, check in was really easy. Our bed we slept in was so comfortable, views from the balcony were amazing. Place was really quiet and way from all the spring breakers which was what we wanted. Pool area was really clean.

Reflections At Bay Point 610

Our stay at Reflections was outstanding. Everything went just as planned. Everything was explained thoroughly so that we didn't waste time trying to figure out what to do. The golf at Bay Point was just as enjoyable. Terrific course with a friendly helpful staff. Wonderful trip!

Great view. Love the walk to the pier and restaurants. We needed a relaxing time and it was perfect. The condo itself needs updates and decluttering. No smart tv’s in the unit.

Needs an Update

This unit has a great view but the balcony was dirty. This unit is in DIRE need of an update--furniture was worn and torn. the kitchen was poorly stocked. Remote to the TV did not work.

Bay views galore

We (family of 4) enjoyed our vacation! The home is spacious and provides all you need for your stay. The bedrooms were separated, which is good for privacy. The master bath/shower was nicely done (large shower and two sinks). The washer/dryer was very convenient. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of PCB, but still offers several restaurant options and great beach access a short drive away at St. Andrews Park. I thought I would miss the beach view we usually have, but we loved our view of the bay - keep your eyes out for dolphins! We also enjoyed the dock each day, taking morning and evening walks out to see the wildlife. The pool area was beautiful, and had the weather been better during our stay, I believe we would have went everyday. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Thanksgiving Getaway

We have stayed at Reflections roughly 8 out of our last 11 visits to PCB. We love it! This unit was nicely decorated and was fairly stocked with supplies. Two Cons: First, the televisions are outdated. Second and very important to me, the bed coverings and pillowcases dont appear to have been cleaned. Luckily, we traveled with our own blankets and I took the first night washing the pillowcases and coverings. This was a huge letdown. I was shocked when the departure instructions did not include "stripping the beds" as they have in the past. In this time of COVID-19, it seems that thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing the units between stays would be imperative.

Awesome

Condo was absolutely beautiful! I wish I could have brought this beautiful place home with me! The only thing it was lacking was some plastic bowls with lids and only had 1 dish towel. We stayed 8 days there and have already recommended this beautiful place several times.

Great week in a fine condo

Clean and comfortable. Beds were in good shape. Fairly well stocked with dishes, silverware and cookware. Beware of the coffee maker. You never know if it will brew or not.
