Located in just one mile away from historic Downtown Chandler, this 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home is sparkling clean and inviting. Home has a great entertaining space with a bar, pool table and a beautiful private pool (pool is not heated). Has an eat in kitchen, with dinnerware, cookware and spices. Free Wi-Fi, Fully stocked laundry room. There are delicious restaurants and fun activities near by. Close to 101 and 202 freeways

No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay

The home does have a camera security system in place. Cameras are only located on the outside of the house in the front and back yard. two are located in the front of the home, one is located on side yard, one is facing backyard. Pool is within the coverage area of the device.

Home includes laundry room, eat in kitchen, oven/range, built in microwave, with plenty of cooking gadgetry, including waffle maker toaster, coffee maker, and blender.

There is a private backyard with an gas bbq grill and outdoor sitting & eating area. Backyard lawn and landscaping make this yard an oasis in the desert.
Air mattress if needed for additional guests.

The perfect spot!

Our visit to AZ was amazing. The location of this house was perfect. We were close to downtown Chandler, not far from ASU campus, got to see lots of baseball games at local high schools and even took a day trip to Sedona. This house was very clean and my teenager loved the pool. Crystal was easy to get a hold of. We had a low battery in a fire alarm that was chirping and she came over immediately to change it out. She was helpful and had lots of great recommendations of things to do in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home

I had a very good time staying at Crystal's home. She is very helpful and willing to answer any questions you may have. My only negative was I got bit quite a bit by something but it wasn't because of the house. Great place to relax.

Quiet neighborhood close to downtown Chandler

This was the perfect house for us. We were in town for a half marathon that started and finished in downtown Chandler. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the race activities. I would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Getaway

We rented this property to relax with longtime family friends. Beautiful home with an inviting, peaceful backyard complete with pool. Quite neighborhood with shopping & entertainment close by. Crystal was a fantastic host and responded quickly to our questions and concerns.

Very nice house. Comfortable and with everything you need. Convenient location -- near shopping, near restaurants, near downtown Chandler and easy to get to the expressway. Beautiful pool but since we were there in the winter , only used it once. Owner was very easy to work/communicate with. We would definitely rent here again.

Confined stay

Unfortunately our country is in confinement at this time however if we had to be confined we were glad it was in a beautiful home like this one. Everything we needed was here and available. Including the necessities that weren't available in the grocery stores. (TP and butter!!!) The home is very comfortable and conveniently located to where ever you need to go. Loved our stay and hope to be back. Thank you for sharing your home.

Enjoyable Family Stay

My family and I enjoyed our time at Crystals home. We just had an issue with gaining access to the home. Once settled, it was enough space for us all to enjoy our short visit to the area.

Crystal was very helpful and accommodating. The house was lovely and met all our needs. The only issue we had was not being able to streamline so that we could watch TV. That was not described in the description of the house. Location was perfect.

Great stay and response!

This was our first vacation rental experience and it was great! Crystal was very support for us newbies! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. My only concern would be the area surrounding our neighborhood. We aren’t from this here, but my brother lives a few miles away. He mentioned that some of the surrounding area could be a little sketchy (as he put it). We never had any issues though! The immediate neighborhood was good and we felt safe the whole time. It was also really nice that Crystal left the garage door opener so we could park our car inside! I wasn’t expecting that! I would defiantly recommend the place! It’s a lovely home!!

A little about me, my husband and I love to travel and try take 2 international trips a year. We also love to go country swing dancing. Our family includes the two of us and our fur baby Honey. She is a 4 pound Chihuahua. We love Arizona as we enjoy the outdoors. The heat of summer doesn't bother us as we love to go boating to the many lakes in the area. There is always something to do.

Why they chose this property

I bought this home because I fell in love with the backyard and open bright floor plan. The location is a great, close to everything, right by Downtown Chandler and not far from Downtown Gilbert.
