Beautiful, private, charming, lake front cottage with private dock on Portage Lake, near the channel into Lake Michigan. Wonderful fishing, swimming, snorkeling, and all lake sports. Several beautiful golf courses nearby, including world class Arcadia Bluffs Golf Course. Pickleball, tennis and badminton. Lots of great restaurants, wineries, shops, and Little River Casino.
The property is an historic lakefront cottage with big windows overlooking Portage lake. Surrounded by big trees that provide plenty of privacy. Swimming and fishing from the dock and it's a short walk to the beautiful beach of Lake Michigan. 3 Kayaks, safety vests from baby-XL sizes. Also 3 bikes. Driveway parking for multiple cars. Completely furnished with everything you’ll need.
