Waterfront home with dock!

Monkey Island home with private dock.

Our 2,800 sq ft home has privacy and flow. It’s large enough for families, yet a great getaway for two.
· The Living room is open with vaulted ceilings, 65' TV and wood burning fire place.
· Master Bedroom has a king bed, en suite bathroom and bonus reading/relaxing
room with views of the main lake
· Bedroom #2 has a king bed, en suite bathroom & patio doors opening to the
backyard
· Great Bedroom has a king, queen and twin bunk beds. Plus, a table & chairs

· High speed internet with WiFi.
· 4 flat screen TVs with Direct TV
· Washer/dryer
· Completely stocked kitchen (exclusive of food)

After a fun day at the lake, relax and enjoy the views on the large back patio. The Tiki bar along with lighting, TV, grill and mini fridge will keep the evening festive.
· Back patio has plenty of lounging and eating spaces.
· Enjoy playing corn hole and horse shoes.
· The lit tiled pathway to the private dock is just off the patio.
The Dock:
1 slip dock (10' x 22')
1 PWC pads
Deep cove with fishing from the lighted dock.

House is situated with an adjoining grassy 1/2 acre lot next to it for kids to play, trailer parking & also provides privacy.

Check-in time is 4:00PM & checkout time is 10:30AM. If you need different times please ask and we will accommodate you, if possible.

Waterfront Lake house

This was the perfect location for us! Great hosts! The property is well maintained, clean, the house has everything you need (and more) to make your lake stay perfect,. And, the view of the lake is beautiful!

Great girls weekend!

We enjoyed everything about our stay! The house was just as pictured and so cute. The kitchen is completely stocked. The house is in a great location! We hung out on the dock one day and got packed up by a boat the other and everything was easy! Shelley and Todd were great! If we make it back that far south again we will be back!

We loved our stay at Monkey’s Treehab! It was the perfect space for our family. We especially loved the outdoor patio and the amazing view of the lake!! The location is great and easy to get to. We would definitely stay here again!

Golf Weekend with Friends

6 ladies rented this lovely home for the La-tee-da tournament at the golf course. The home is well stocked and a great location with a marvelous view.

Nice Getaway

Our group came to Grand Lake to take part in the BASSMASTER Classic event. The house was in a nice location and exactly as advertised. I would recommend this property if you’re looking for a place on Grand Lake.

NYE weekend

My family enjoyed the weekend at this wonderful home on Monkey Island. We own a place down the street at Beacon Hill but it was damaged in a recent storm so we decided to rent this home for our annual NYE trip. Loved how big it was and that we all had our separate bedrooms and baths. The kitchen was fully stocked and very up to date. The view was gorgeous and the furnishings were really nice. Would stay here again for sure.

FALL LAKE TRIP

We loved this house, wide open space and lots of room. Easy check in and check out. Owners were helpful and responded quickly. We picked a very rainy, cold weekend so we didn't get outside or to fish much but still had a great time. Beds were comfy and rooms were spacious.

Everything we expected and more

There was plenty of space. Lots of relaxing seating for every guest. The view was absolutely fantastic. The boat dock was so easy to get in and out of the lake and swimming right there was perfect. The outdoor space is beautiful. Kitchen is well stocked for use the moment we arrived and the appliances were spacious and held everything we brought. Each room had its own bathroom so that was never and issue and hot water was not either. Great place to stay. Will definitely come back.

Beautiful Location!

This was our first stay at the Monkey's Treehab, but we are Monkey Island regulars. The location is excellent, easy access to restaurants, Shangri-la and several close marinas. The view is the best I've seen on our many trips to the island, and the patio is amazing! The house itself is a little dated and maybe not the most organized VRBO we've stayed at, but nothing that would deter us from staying again. The only downside is the dock - we decided not to use it even as a day dock, and we didn't let the kids swim off the dock due to the driftwood and moss. But overall this was an excellent stay!

Luckily the home was beautiful and cozy, the weather was terrible on this trip and we didn’t get out on the dock and lake as much as we wanted. The home had everything we needed to rest and relax and enjoy our stay.

Fall Getaway

Our group of 3 couples had a great time on Monkey Island and enjoyed our stay at Monkey's Treehab! The home and setting are beautiful and the hosts have every amenity ready for you to feel right at home. The furnishings are comfortable and the house is spacious. Each couple had their own bedroom with bath which provided plenty of privacy for our group. The main floor open kitchen/living/dining was perfect for gathering together too. The patio provides another great lounging and entertainment area as well. We loved the location too. I highly recommend this property and hosts if you're seeking a getaway at Grand Lake.

A secret gem in Oklahoma

Who knew Oklahoma had places as beautiful as Grand Lake! The house was perfect for enjoying time with family and a view of the lake! The unique build of the house had all the bedrooms upstairs and then a giant patio down off the main level where the kitchen and living space was. The house has great games already there and plenty of room for our 7 people. We weren’t able to use the dock for our boat due to the low water level but did have access to another slip and the water was pristine for wake surfing !

Perfect Lake House

This was perfect for our group. We had 3 couples and 2 kids with plenty of room for all! Communication with the owners was excellent. They responded timely, made sure we had everything we needed and more. They offered us an additional slip for our boat incase ours didn't fit in the one on the property. The driftwood in the cove was the only thing that we didn't like and that is something the owners can't fix overnight. We will definitely look at going back to this same property or another they own. We had a great week staying here!!

We loved the house!! 5 minutes from the golf course. House was well stocked. Two of the bathrooms had separate shower and toilet from two additional sink areas. The setting and view was beautiful!! Would love to rent again!! Also loved the way it was decorated!!!
