Less than a block from the beach and conveniently located in the heart of Carpinteria on Linden Ave. just steps to shops, restaurants & parks. The condo features a King sized bed with high end linens, as well as a full kitchen & bath, equipped with brand new appliances, fixtures & hardwood floors to elevate your beach getaway!

Great get-a-way!

Great place to stay as we enjoyed the weather and the beach. Nothing about our stay reminded us of winter and that is what we were looking for.

Cozy and chic beach cottage

My husband and I always love coming to Carp from So Cal to visit my Mom in SB. This beach cottage as compared to other VRBOs is a step up in decor! Very comfortable with bohemian style and everything you need in a kitchen. Minimal natural light with no view but, interior lighting is excellent. The upstairs can get a little warm but, having a portable AC was huge! Great location!! Steps to the beach:)) I would definitely stay here again. Danielle was a wonderful host!

Amazing Beach Retreat

Great little apartment

My partner and I spent 2 nights at this charming apartment. It was stocked with everything we need for a couple of nights at the beach. We really enjoyed having a comfortable place to relax and recharge at the end of the day.

Access the boogie boards

Well appointed !! My only hiccup was , where were the boogie boards ??? We saw a storage unit in the carport but we did not have access if that’s where they were stored Thanks for-the lovely place

Another fun time in Carp!

Condo is very nicely done with lots of amenities. Property Manager was very quick to respond and solution-oriented. Bathroom is upstairs off the bedroom. Just be warned it was VERY warm when we were there as there is little airflow in the unit and no central a/c. There is a portable a/c unit upstairs though the power strip it was plugged into kept turning off. Once we fixed that problem the unit kept things a bit cooler. No screens on the windows downstairs so was hesitant to leave them open to allow air flow. Location was awesome and it was a beautiful place. Enjoyed our stay.

This is our second stay and again we love this place. Clean and cozy with added extras. Plenty of towels and sheets. Very responsible owner. Perfect location in Carpentria.

Cozy spot steps from the beach!

Danielle’s condo is a cozy, fresh, comfortable place to enjoy a stay in Carpenteria. It looks exactly as it does in the pictures- beachy decor, comfortable seating, a veeerrryy comfortable bed upstairs and a nicely updated kitchen and bathroom. The condo’s location is also within walking distance of many restaurants, it’s close to Santa Barbara, and we also took a drive up to Ojai. From the easy instructions on how to get in to the property, to the beach gear for use, to the great coffee, wine and chocolate she left for us, Danielle made staying here a complete pleasure.

Terrific Carpinteria Location

Compact, stylish and comfortable beach apartment with many thoughtful touches, well-stocked with kitchenware for a short stay. The owner was especially responsive and helpful. The upstairs bedroom could get warm in the afternoon but cooled nicely at night, helped on the warmest days with a portable air conditioner. Highly recommended!

Best of Beach and Downtown

Stylish beach vibe condo incredibly well equipped. Kitchen fit for a chef—or folks like us who just need a coffeemaker, fridge, and microwave. So many extras—from the stocked kitchen and bathroom drawers to the vase of three pink peonies. And the beach is just a block one way—shops and restaurants a few blocks the other way.

The location, attention to detail, etc was great. Our family of three loved the location (close to the beach), the well-equipped kitchen, and great linens, not to mention the beach chairs and boogie board provided! Looking forward to our next visit!

Enjoyed our stay at loft property. Close to downtown, beach and near our family. Unit was neat, clean, comfortable, great kitchen and met our needs. Danielle was helpful and returned messages and call promptly. We would definitely recommend unit to a couple.

Danielle’s property was pristinely clean! The advertised 5 minutes to the Beach was accurate!

We enjoyed the lovely little town, the Beach & thought the restaurant recommendations Danielle provided were super. Danielle responded to all questions promptly & made sure we were well informed (how to access, where beach gear is stowed, etc) The condo is well equipped, quite impressive was the earth friendly HBA products through out, LOVE that touch! The bed is comfy and all of the linens are beautifully maintained. We did watch when we reserved to make sure the condo has air conditioning, we didn’t think to check if Central Air. Our travels were apparently on one of the hottest weekends of the year so altho there was a standing indoor a/c unit it was not adequate to cool even the living area where it’s set up. We did struggle with the heat, we just altered plans & didn’t hang around the condo or cook while there. After talking to a lot of others, this is the norm in the area, not limited to this condo or owner. Danielle was very supportive and understanding of our concern, although there’s nothing she could do about it. Overall, the experience was 5 Stars & Danielle’s responsive and consultative approach made it that way.
