This Villa is composed of ground floor, 1st floor and surroundings of the house.
The ground floor comprises entrance hall, bedroom with en suite bathroom with spa bath, circulation, living room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen, laundry, pantry, bathroom, cloakroom, bathroom on outside shower to support the pool, covered terraces, barbecue and two garages.
The 1st floor comprises hall, two bedrooms with private bathroom with whirlpool bath and dressing room. External doors and windows are white aluminum with electric shutters. The interior doors as well as the wardrobes are in wood covered with oak.
The villa is surrounded by a garden composed of lawn area where you can find carob, olive, pear, peach and other ornamental bushes, where the pool with the size of 10.00 m by 5.00 m.
Facilities for solar panel water heating system and how security is one of our mottos has alarm on the police and excellent access for wheelchairs.

Het verblijf was schoon en netjes maar alles precies af gepast, je moet alles halen voor de afwas en wc papier en de rest bij iedere wc maar rol En de poes iedere dag op visite je moet er wel van houden

Merveilleux séjour

Difficile pour se rendre il a fallu obtenir un lien de GPS pour bien se rendre à la propriété. La demeure était fantastique et le séjour très agréable. Beaucoup de chiens qui jappent durant la journée. Mme Maria était toujours accessible pour nos demandes.

Excellent villa

We had a great break here. The villa is beautiful, really large which the photos don’t do justice. So much space and everything in great condition. We thought it would be nice from the listing, in reality it exceeded our expectations. A short drive to Villamoura and the marina with lots of great restaurants. We’ve had a really relaxing time. We will definitely book to come back here again.

Maison très agréable et très bien située, les pièces sont spacieuses et les extérieurs supers

Bonnes vacances dans cette fabuleuse villa. Séjournant avec nos trois adolescentes de petites filles l espace nous laissaient à tous des moments d intimité. Nous avions également nos deux chiens et la propriété est idéale pour nos compagnons à 4 pattes. Merci Ruis de votre confiance. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Lovely villa, everything you need for a chilled week in the Algarve

Beautiful villa in a quiet location. Very spacious for just me and my partner but would easily house 6. Would recommend a car as we used it most days when we weren’t around the pool. Supermarkets/restaurants/beaches aren’t walkable and does require car/taxi. The address given to us upon booking took us 45 minutes north to which we were then given the correct address, not a great start as there was quite a language barrier. The house is very very minimalist, no basic products like cleaning products and cloths to wipe surfaces. A dishwasher tablet, coffee pod and olive oil would be a nice touch, or even just some kitchen roll! The house is very modern and comfortable to live in. The outside pool, kitchen and sitting area is great in the evenings. Vilamoura and beaches 10 minutes drive. Lidl/Aldi 5 minutes drive. Loved our stay, would highly recommend to stay here and I’m sure we would be back!

Férias de Excelencia

A propriedade é exatamente como descrito. Passam-se umas férias fantásticas. Os proprietários são inexcedíveis para nós fazerem sentir bem e confortáveis. São pessoas muito simpáticas e acolhedoras, com uma atenção ao pormenor, sentimo-nos como se estivéssemos em casa. Para além do interior ter tudo o que necessitamos, as zonas exteriores são muito agradáveis. A piscina é fantástica e o barbecue está muito bem pensado, dado ter tudo o que necessitamos para passar o dia no exterior. Recomendo vivamente, e irei voltar certamente. Muito obrigada à sra Da Maria e ao Sr Manuel pelo acolhimento e atenção diária que nos dispensaram.

Belle location, bonne situation!

Très belle location, maison spacieuse, bien équipée. La maman de M. Rui est très gentille et serviable, la piscine était un peu verte, elle est intervenue des le lendemain, personne très serviable et arrangeante. La situation de la maison est parfaite proche de tout les commodités, albufeira et villamoura sans avoir les inconvénients (bruit) il faut cependant être véhiculé. Je recommande virement cette location!

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons été, comme l'an dernier très bien reçu. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et toujours disponible. La piscine et le jardin très bien entretenu tout au long de notre séjour. Je souligne la discrétion des propriétaires quand à l'entretien des parties extérieures, fait tôt le matin avant même que nous nous levions. Je recommande vivement et nous reviendrons très certainement dès que possible.

Schönes Haus mit schönem Garten mit kleinen Abstrichen 😉

Wir waren als Familie 4 Erwachsene und einem kleinen Hund im Oktober 2020 zu Gast in der Villa Tulipa. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Martins dem Hausverwalter war bereits im Vorfeld sehr nett und auch recht Zeitnah. Der Check in war unkompliziert die Hausverwaltung war zur verabredeten Zeit vor Ort es gab eine Schlüsselübergabe und ein paar Erklärung was recht flott und nett von statten ging dazu muss man sagen das ich portugiesisch Spreche was die Sache sehr vereinfacht hat. Das Haus ist recht groß mit allem ausgestattet was man für ein Urlaub braucht. Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden und wurden während unseres Aufenthaltes (12 Tage) 1x gewechselt wobei wir von der Hausverwaltung auch das Angebot hatten sobald wir mehr Handtücher brauchen diese auch zu bekommen. Bettwäsche wurde auch 1 x ein Wechselsatz vorbei gebracht. In der Küche ist alles was man braucht das einzige zu monieren ist das es keine Grundausstattung gibt sodass man wirklich von Spüli über Lappen Salz, Pfeffer, Toipapier etc. alles erstmal einkaufen muss. 🙁 Die Pfannen waren leider auch in einem erbärmlichen Zustand wurden aber auf Nachfrage umgehend ausgetauscht.😊 Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich die Gartenanlage auch, zur Poolpflege kam die Hausverwaltung 1x während unseres Aufenthaltes. Ansonsten liegt ein Kescher am Pool wo man selber Laub und Insekten raus fischen kann. Die Liegen am Pool sind nicht die tollsten aber erfüllen ihren Zweck. Wir hatten eine Ameisenstraße auf der Terasse die wir mit Insektenspray 2x bekämpfen mussten, danach war sie aber weg. Zu bemängeln ist das es von 150 TV Programmen nicht einen einzigen Deutschen Kanal gibt und das während unseres Aufenthalts auch keine Abhilfe geschafft werden konnte, die Hausverwaltung aber Zugesagt hat sich für die Zukunft darum zu kümmern. Was uns sehr gestört hat ist das an mehreren Tagen 2 Häuser weiter irgendwelche Sachen verbrannt wurden der Wind leider so stand das wir flüchten mussten, da es am Pool und selbst im Haus nicht zu ertragen war von der Geruchsbelästigung und vom Qualm her. Erwähnen muss man leider such das auf dem benachbarten Grundstück mehrere Hunde auf dem Grundstück gehalten werden. Die nur gefüttert werden und ansonsten den ganzen Tag und die Nacht sich selbst überlassen sind das Gebelle ist leider extrem Nervig. 😒 Und das sage ich als Hundebesitzer. 😉 Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern war alles soweit ok und wir würden auch wiederkommen. Ein Auto wird aufjedenfall gebraucht.

O imóvel é excelente para umas férias calmas e com qualidade. Tem as comudidades para permitir uma óptima estadia longe do reboliço urbano e no entanto, numa localização central sendo contudo necessário meio de transporte para deslocações. Fomos recebidos muito bem, com extrema simpatia e disponibilidade.

Perfect Location

The villa was ideally situated to visit the Algarve (sight seeing/restaurants/shopping); you do need a car to get about. The villa itself is lovely and has everything one needs to have a comfortable stay. The house was very clean, light and spacious. The surrounding area has lovely walks; we used google maps. The area is very quiet; no road traffic, quiet neighbors. You will occasionally hear the neighboring dogs when being taken out. Rui replied to our queries quickly. Definitely a place to return too.

Magnifique

Nous avons passé un super séjour, maison magnifique propriétaire très accueillant. Cadre exceptionnel le seule petit bémol le manque d’eau chaude sur une large plage horaire. Mai à part ça séjour magnifique dans cette grande et belle Villa.

Estupenda estancia en Vilamoura

Villa Tulipa cumplió todas nuestras expectativas. Es una magnífica villa con una estupenda piscina al lado de Vilamoura, tal y como se muestra en el anuncio, con estancias amplias y acogedoras. Hemos disfrutado de su piscina y de la tranquilidad de su ubicación. Si bien el coche es necesario para todo, está muy próxima a las playas, restaurantes y supermercados (a no más de 10min. de la playa o la marina de Vilamoura). Los anfitriones, María y su esposo, muy atentos y amables en todo momento. Totalmente recomendable. Nosotros sin duda repetiremos.

Magnifique propriété entièrement conforme aux photos, voire mieux! Vacances réussies, à recommander!

Les contacts écrits et oraux avec Rui (le propriétaire) ont été excellents. Nous ne l'avons cependant jamais rencontrés. Sur place, nous avons eu affaire à ses parents qui sont des gens vraiment charmants. La propriété est proche de la N125. Les rues aux alentours sont cependant étroites et parfois inconnues des GPS traditionnels. Utilisez Waze et vous n'aurez aucun problème! La propriété est entièrement clôturée. L'accès se fait par un portail motorisé à commande à distance. Cependant, la télécommande ne fonctionne que lorsqu'elle est utilisée à environ 20cm du portail. Il faut à chaque fois sortir de la voiture. Par ailleurs, la motorisation est de temps en temps récalcitrante. Les barrières restaient parfois bloquées à mi-course, nous obligeant à aider l'ouverture ou la fermeture en forçant le système manuellement. Ce portail apporte de la sécurité mais son automatisation hasardeuse est le point faible de la maison. Les propriétaires sont au courant: dès notre arrivée, ils nous ont averti du problème et nous ont signalé qu'un réparateur viendrait très prochainement. Le réparateur est en effet venu très rapidement mais, à son départ, la situation n'a pas évolué. La maison est équipée d'une alarme, ce qui était très sécurisant pour nous, ayant déjà été cambriolés en Algarve, par le passé. La maison est moderne et très spacieuse. Les matériaux (carrelage, marbre, meubles) sont de bonne qualité. La cuisine est grande et très bien équipée. Il y a également un grand débarras juste à côté. La salle à manger intérieure est de taille assez réduite mais nous n'avions pas l'intention de recevoir de la visite. C'était suffisant pour nous 5. Le salon est très grand. Le service TV est correct (chaînes portugaises + quelques chaînes internationales). Le Wifi est correct, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieure mais de faible débit. Seule une chambre n'est quasiment pas couverte. Dans cette chambre, il faut chercher les rares endroits où la couverture est correcte (2 à 3 barres sur 4). La literie est impeccable. Les chambres sont vraiment grandes et pourvues de grandes garde-robes encastrées. On ne manque vraiment pas de place pour se déplacer, pour poser ses valises et ranger ses affaires. Une fois installés, on est comme à la maison. Chaque chambre possède l'airco et sa salle de bain équipée d'une toilette et d'une baignoire-jaccuzzi! La piscine est impeccable, ainsi que les abords et la terrasse équipée de tables, chaises et bbq. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter
