Comfortable villa for 6/8 people, classified 3 stars by the gîtes de France, recent, charming, 30m from the beach.
Sea views from the rooms on the 2nd floor, a little on the 1st. Comfortable vacation.
Its 30m2 terrace, oriented S-W, invites you to laze around & parties with friends. Garden furniture, tables, chairs, parasol, shade sail. Little garden.
Wifi everywhere. Ethernet cable available in each room for optimal connection.
All the beds are 160: one of the beds is convertible into 2 single beds of 80x200. Summer / winter duvets available. New bedding with mattress topper throughout. A dream of comfort!
Open kitchen very well equipped: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso maker (ground coffee), multiple frying pans, casserole dish, cast iron casserole dish, crepe maker, steamer, pie or cake pans , grating, slicing, electric juicer ... Pretty dishes.
TV, games available, books.
Forget the car: you reach on foot, 300m, by a small path along the beach, to the market, shops and various restaurants located around the port.
