B & Brissac, Mansion on wooded estate

Bed and Breakfast (with breakfast included) in a manor house dating from the end of the 19th century on a 10 hectare wooded estate with heated swimming pool.

A restful and peaceful place facing an unobstructed view of the valley.

With my wife, we live in this large and beautiful house that we operate today in guest rooms.

We offer bed and breakfast accommodation. Breakfast (included in the price) will be served and you will have access to several rooms in the house and to the park, but you will not have access to the kitchen.

Meals (excluding table d'hôtes) will necessarily be taken outside the property (picnics prohibited).

For dinner, I usually offer either a perfect Greek salad menu during hot weather (tomato, cucumber, feta, olive, onion, lemon, chili) or a menu, homemade pizza (on a tomato mozzarella olives, oregano, j 'add at the exit of the pizza oven, parma ham, arugula, parmesan shavings, cherry tomatoes, basil), with the dough prepared by the good bakery of the sector. A delight! Price: € 11 / person (€ 6 for children) + € 3 with a tiramisu, drinks not included (taken à la carte and / or paying a corkage fee, "bring your own").

For young children, you will find in the dining room reserved for you, a kettle, a microwave, a fridge and a water point to allow you to prepare specific things for them. The rules concerning meals are valid for young people and adults but for very young the rules are less strict ...

The rooms:

Upstairs (1st), four spacious and bright rooms of 35m2 plus a fifth smaller (15m2).
Bedroom 1 can accommodate up to three people (one double bed and one single) with en-suite bathroom (bath).
Bedroom 2 can accommodate up to four people (one double bed and two single beds) with adjoining bathroom (shower).
Bedroom 3 can accommodate up to four people (one double bed and two single beds) with adjoining bathroom shared with bedroom 4 (shower and bath).
Bedroom 4 can accommodate up to four people (one double bed and two single beds) with adjoining bathroom shared with bedroom 3 (shower and bath).
Bedroom 5 can accommodate up to two people (one double bed) no shower room or bathroom.

Hikes, cultural visits to castles (Brissac castle at 3 km, Angers castle), monuments of the region, discovery of Angers at 20 min, vineyards, Doué la fontaine zoo at 20 min, Puy du Fou at 45 min.

By train: Angers Saint Laud TGV station By car: Access via the A87 motorway, exit 22 (20 minutes from Angers).

Additional rules:

For your comfort and well-being, we would like to remind you of some essential recommendations which will allow everyone to have a good holiday in our establishment.
-Rooms are available from 3 p.m. and departure is at 11 a.m.
-Breakfast is served between 7:30 am and 10:30 am.
-The swimming pool is accessible from 9:00 to 22:00,
-The kitchen is not accessible to guests, meals (excluding table d'hôtes) will necessarily be taken outside the property (many restaurants within 3km).
- You will be asked 30 € in case of loss of the remote control of the automatic gate.
- Checks and bank cards are not accepted.

Within the property, it is prohibited:
-To use the towels outside the room,
-Smoking in the rooms, throwing cigarette butts elsewhere than in the ashtrays outside the house,
-Store food and drinks in the rooms,
-Pick-nick on the property (except prior agreement),
-Eat near the swimming pool
-To consume food and alcoholic beverages purchased outside the property without prior agreement and / or payment of a corkage fee (Bring Your Own),
-To place in the refrigerator food other than that intended for babies (a microwave oven is available to parents).
