Newly renovated coastal designed oceanside condo steps away from the secluded beach. Walking distance to the Fort Pierce Jetty that is known for world-record fishing. Stroll to waterfront dining, sit in outdoor swings on the inlet while watching the sunset and listening to live music.

Visit the Smithsonian Marine Station, St. Lucie County Aquarium, Manatee Observation and Education Center, A.E.. Backus Museum & Gallery, Heathcote Botanical Gardens, St. Lucie County Regional History Center, House of Seven Gables, The National Navy UDT Seal Museum and many more. Charter Boats for Deep Sea Fishing in within quick driving distance. Kayak, jet ski and boat rentals available too. Shelling at low tide. Driving distance to downtown Fort Pierce and Downtown Stuart. Twenty-minute driving distance to outlet shopping at Vero Beach Outlets. Approximately 2 hour drive to Orlando or Miami.

Rental property has a full kitchen with everything needed to cook and dine in. Other kitchen appliances include drip coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster oven and blender. Freezer has a working ice maker and cooler bags available to take to the beach. Beach umbrellas, chairs and towels available for use. Full-size coin operated washer & dryer (quarters & soap provided) available on site too.

Relaxing rocking chairs in the living room with cozy beach interior. Sofa has a Queen pullout air topper mattress for additional guests. Full set of linens provided. Additional blow up mattress, pump and sheets in the master closet. Portable crib and Infant rocker available upon request.

Romantic Master Bedroom has a draped four poster pineapple canopy bed. Operational light restrictive drapes. Custom closet for hanging up clothing. Iron, board and steamer in closet. Bedside alarm clock with Samsung and iPhone charging cords.

Brand new renovated bathroom with walk in shower river rock floor, high sitting toilet, coastal wood vanity with solid stone top. Hair dryer available for use. Bathroom towels fully stocked. Shower bars available. Shampoo, conditioner & soap provided.

Children’s toys, color books, art supplies are available upon request for use while vacationing.

Professional photography can be scheduled for additional fee to get that perfect vacation beach picture or family photo.

Small house trained dogs under 20 lbs., all emotional support animals of any size welcome, pet fee of $75.00 individual, $100.00 for siblings required .

Right now sleep with the windows open and no air conditioning. The serene sound of the waves will calm you to sleep.

Across the Street from the Beach

Beautifully appointed -1 king bedroom, full bath and kitchen and livingroom. Property owner was very responsive to all our requests and questions. Strongly recommend this property.

Enjoyed our stay in Hutchinson Island. Our host, Michelle, made us feel right at home. Had a very pleasant encounter with her at the property. Great communication, great amenities, clean accommodations, and right across the street from the beach and walkable to several restaurants and parks. We had a great time!

Beautiful Beachhouse with amazing host!

This beautiful Beachhouse is the perfect spot to rest and relax. Across the street from the beach we enjoyed early morning sunrises and shelling as we walked along the wide open beaches enjoying every minute. Our host (Michelle) was absolutely amazing. She welcomed us to her beautifully decorated, very clean home with all the amenities including a stocked refrigerator and cabinets to get started. We loved evenings on the screened porch and days on the beach. Lots of great Florida restaurants nearby. Look forward to returning!

Great stay on the Treasure Coast

My family and I had a wonderful stay over the long weekend and the property was in a great location. Plenty of extra games and activities for the kids to do in the unit, and the owners were very helpful in providing local dining recommendations. Highly recommended.

Amazing vacation

The rental property was exactly what we expected. The property manager, Michelle, was there for us if we had any questions or requests (we haven’t had many though 😊). I would recommend it to anybody who wants to experience life in paradise 🤗

Great introduction to Fort Pierce

This was the perfect place to stay and be able to get out and see the surroundings. It was a great short walk to beautiful Sandy Beach. All of the necessities were met in the unit. The owner had great communication and responded quickly. Definitely would recommend this!

Great beach location and accomodation

Michelle and Nicks place is a great location across from the beach and has everything you need to make your stay perfect. Michelle kept in contact with us before, during and after our stay and even supplied a cake, decorations and wine and beer for my husbands birthday. In addition, there are more than enough beach and bath towels to make our stay more pleasant. Everything that you would need is supplied. Looking forward to coming back!

This was a beatiful place , situated directly acroos the road from the beach. Great neighborhood, easy access to the beach and the island overall is great. The owners were great . They went above and beyond. Had snacks, drinks, coffees etc in the kitchen . They offered to take bring us stuff if we neede it, i have never rented a place and been treated better than Michelle treated us. We will be back.

Wonderful mini vacation, excellent host!

My husband and I decided to take a last minute short vacation before he started his new job and found this property in Fort Pierce. We loved every minute of it. It is right across the street from the beach, walking distance to food and Michelle had literally everything you might need covered in the unit. I always overpack, but could have brought a lot less - they even had beach chairs and sand toys to borrow while there. Michelle was an amazing host and I cannot wait until the next time we can get away to her rental for a few days!

Why they chose this property

This hidden gem is located directly across the street from the beach with unobstructed access. There is a park next door with pavilions and bathrooms too!

The population density is much lower than what is typical in South Florida or the Treasure Coast., so there is a more relaxed atmosphere. No shoes, no shirt, no problem.

What makes this property unique

Much of Hutchinson Island activities are within a short walking distance. Everything from fishing from the jetty to kayaking or several restaurants with live bands are a quick walk along the beach. Horseback riding on the beach and charter fishing are available too.
