Es war sehr schön

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation war immer sofort und zuverlässig. Schlüsselübergabe und Rücknahme klappten perfekt, zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt. Die Strandnähe des Hauses war ideal, genauso die Lage zum Einkaufen. Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet, ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Dazu noch der Whirlpool, war super. Das Auto konnten wir in gekennzeichnetem Platz, auf der Straße, vor dem Eingang zum Haus parken. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu allem gab es von ihm noch ein Begrüßungsgeschenk. Wir haben fast alle Touren mit dem Fahrrad gemacht. Merci beaucoup pour tout, c'était très sympa.

Vacances en famille agréables

Logement très propre, fonctionnel, spa au top, proche océan et plage, forêt. Rien à redire conforme à la description et aux photos. Propriétaire convivial. Laissez vous tenter.

Rundum Gelungen

Der Vermieter antwortet super schnell und ist sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft war sauber und ein Begrüßungsgeschenk gab es auch noch. Der Pool war klasse und die Einrichtung wie beschrieben. Der Außenbereich könnte mal wieder etwas Pflege vertragen aber das ist jetzt Klagen auf hohem Niveau.

Un bon endroit pour 2 couples ou une famille avec enfants.

Nous avons passé deux nuits ici. Le logement est exactement comme décrit et à seulement quelques pas de la plage et des commodités de Mimizan Plage. Tout est moderne et très propre avec une cuisine très bien équipée. Le propriétaire est très agréable et il nous a accueilli à notre arrivée. Je reviendrais certainement ici une autre fois.

Une villa plaisante et bien placée

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la villa de Jean Philippe qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement. Le logement est parfaitement placé pour profiter de l'océan et à 10-15min à pied du centre ville. La maison est fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Le jacuzzi est la cerise sur le gâteau pour se détendre rapidement.

Très bon séjour.

Nous avons adoré notre petit séjour passé dans cette location qui est conforme à la description. L'atout charme reste le spa, super agréable pour se détendre et oublier les petits soucis...La villa Marine est très bien située on peut tout faire à pied. Nous remercions le propriétaire pour sa gentillesse exemplaire. Nous reviendrons c'est sur😃.

Chouette !

Annonce qui correspondait parfaitement. Accueil très sympathique, disponible et souriant. La maison est comme sur l'annonce ce qui est bien agréable. Je recommande pour des vacs ou un we au calme proche de la plage et du centre ville.

Ambiance zen et bien être

Un grand merci pour votre accueil au top !! La bouteille pour la soirée en amoureux et les bonbons pour les enfants ont été très apprécié ! Toute la famille était ravie de séjourner dans ce petit coin de paradis, villa décorée avec bcp de goût et située idéalement entre dunes, plage et pinède. Le méga petit plus : pouvoir se réchauffer dans le jacuzzi à 38 degrés après de longues balades à l océan en fin d année ... C est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons !!
