Welcome home! I am very happy to welcome you to my brand new "home sweet home" that I have completely restored! Very well located 100 meters from the beach and shops of St Enogat, this small house offers an ideal holiday for a couple. Perfectly equipped, with a contemporary decoration, it is on 2 levels, with in RDC: living room, kitchen and room of bath, and on the floor: a big room of 24m2. It's the house of happiness! Practical and friendly!

Agréable séjour
Parfait pour un séjour en couple. Très bien situé, tout peut se faire à pied sur Dinard. Stationnement gratuit juste devant la maison. Très bon emplacement pour une découverte de la côte d’émeraude.

Wir waren zum dritten Mal in der Bretagne, zum ersten Mal an der Côte d'Emeraude. Das Haus, das Viertel St. Enogat, Dinard, St. Malo, der Zöllnerpfad, die Strände und die weitere Umgebung haben uns absolut begeistert. Die Gastgeberin Pauline ist sehr nett. Die Reiseabwiclung war völlig problemlos. Das Haus ist ideal für 2 Personen, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Das Viertel St. Enogat bietet mehrere Restaurants, eine Crèperie, zwei Bäckereien und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Alles weniger als 300 m entfernt. Auch der nächste Strand ist ähnlich nah. Über den grandiosen Küstenweg oder direkt durch die Stadt gelangt man schnell nach Dinard, wo das alles nochmal in mehr und größer vorhanden ist. Der Markt dort mit der Markthalle und der Bootstrip nach St. Malo sind ebenso ein Muss wie die Trips nach Dinan, Cancale und zum Cap Fréhel. Wir würden diese Reise jederzeit wieder so machen und können vor allem die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Merci Pauline!

Kleines Ferienhaus in toller Lage
In diesem schönen und zentral gelegenen Haus war alles vorhanden, was wir für einen entspannten Urlaub brauchen. Zum Strand, zum Bäcker, zu einem kleinen Supermarkt und weiteren Geschäften sind es nur wenige Schritte. In 15 Minuten kann man zu Fuß Dinard gemütlich erreichen. Das Parken an der Straße entlang war unproblematisch. Der Kontakt zu der Besitzerin war sehr freundlich.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super hübsche FEWO
Wir haben hier 3 Tage wunderbare verbracht. Empfangen wurden wir von der Gastgeberin persönlich, die äußerst nett ist. Es hat an nichts gefehlt was eine gut ausgestattete FEWO ausmacht. Wohnen im EG und schlafen im 1.OG, super. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir auf der kleinen Terrasse sichtgeschützt sicher unterstellen. Das kleine Vorortszentrum mit Geschäften und Restaurants sowie der schöne Strand sind keine 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

Das Häuschen ist ideal gelegen, in weniger als 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Badestrand oder im Zentrum des Viertels Saint-Enogat. Dort gibt es neben zwei Bäckereien einige Restaurants und einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen. Zum Hauptort mit den Geschäften ist man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten. Das Häuschen ist sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Kurz gesagt: belle location et très bel emplacement

Wir haben uns in Paulines kleinem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei dem Problemchen mit der Heizung wurde schnell geholfen, wofür wir uns bedanken. Ansonsten war alles wunderbar, kurze Wege, wundervolle Landschaft, traumhafte Strände und Küstenwege. Wir haben es sehr genossen und uns gut erholt. Nochmals vielen Dank. Familie Strobach

Petit nid d'amour idéalement situé
Pauline est une hôte très sympathique qui nous a réservé le meilleur accueil. Son petit havre de paix très bien agencé est ideal pour un couple. Les commerçants alentour sont au top (mention speciale au Pic à bulots). Nous avons passé un excellent sejour et nous reviendrons avec bonheur. Merci Pauline pour ces quelques jours merveilleux. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, comme dans une bulle, dans la petite maisonnette de Pauline. C’était parfait pour se ressourcer et passer du temps à deux en bord de mer. Merci encore pour l’accueil!

Petit cocon au calme idéalement situé pour les balades
Un petit duplex refait à neuf avec goût dans ce qui est à notre avis le meilleur quartier et le plus authentique de Dinard. Salon, cuisine, salle de bains en bas, chambre au dessus. A 100 mètres les chemins de bord de mer entre plages et somptueuses demeures offrent des balades dont on ne se lasse pas. En voiture, tout est à moins de 20 minutes : St Briac, St Malo bien sûr, Dinan à peine plus. Le logement est d'une propreté irréprochable et d'un calme tel que nous avions presque honte de compter nos heures de sommeil dans cette confortable chambre entre chalet et cabine de bateau. L'hôte, Pauline, est d'une gentillesse et d'une réactivité exemplaires, et d'excellent conseil pour les bonnes adresses. Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans ce logement idéal pour se sentir au diapason de cette splendide région et de cet environnement marin si unique.
