I was looking for a mountain view, and this place absolutely delivered. The cabin is spacious and beautiful, I especially enjoyed the fireplace and the balcony off of the loft. It was the most perfect place to watch the sun come up over the mountains with a hot cup of coffee and all of the lovely birdsong. Even when it was chillier and wetter than we'd like outside, my little family enjoyed time cuddled up together on the balconies looking out onto the mountains or soaking in the hot tub. It was exactly what I was hoping for for a much-needed spring break getaway.
The cabin was everything as advertised and the view from the upper two covered decks was amazing!! The entire cabin was full of amenities and the kitchen was fully stocked (non food/drink items) with everything that a kitchen needs!! Every room had a TV with Directv and the bathrooms were stocked with linens!
- basement pool table game room was great and also had a tv!
Arrival was super easy and welcoming with lights, air, and TVs all turned on awaiting our arrival!
Overall, it was an amazing stay and well worth another future stay!! Btw… the private outside hot tub with Mountain View was great!
If anything could be improved it was more around some basic maintenance items
-basement bath sink and shower knobs were lose and main floor shower was set to only allow luke warm water but hot water was everywhere else in the cabin
-hot tub pump and water flow would not shut off
-outside hose/spicket would not shut off and had to tie a knot in the hose
-several ceiling lights had non functioning bulbs
-upper loft bedroom was super warm no matter how low the air was turned down… but it was also 95 degrees while we were there!
-charcoal grill was available with charcoal but was hopeful for a gas grill
-sleeps 6 (3 large beds) but would be tight to park more then two cars.

The cabin was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The area was very quiet.
Just remember to keep your car doors closed tight. We had a visit from a hungry bear that liked peanuts😁
We loved our stay. We came down to unwind from our daily work. The view is perfect. I think the living room furniture should be replaced. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely book again.
Fall Break - Great Trip to Cades Cove & National Park - Awesome Cabin
Would definitely book again if we're in the area. Nice, three floors, king sized bedroom on each floor - all with decks and the best views ever. Steep road, I'd never attempt driving it if snow or ice is in the forecast.
Very nice place, however the cabin does need some repairs, found nails sticking up on the main deck which caused some minor discomforts, found loose brand nails in the upstairs that my kids brought to me. Other than that it was a great place and would return.

Is it worth it?!?
When we first arrived there were beer bottles and bottle tops everywhere. Oh well.. because we drink too. Then later that evening go to get a drink and several of the glasses were dirty. We got in the hot tub only one night because the jets barely worked and it was not very hot, but after in it we noticed a lot of stuff floating around and we got out and got in the shower and there was residue washing off of us. Gross! The cabin was very hard to maintain a temperature as well. However the check in process was super easy and the gentleman on the phone was very pleasant. The beds were comfortable and all the furniture was in good condition.
We were sent to this cabin when our plans changed. It was smaller than the one we needed but we made do. The view spacatular. Please bring 4 wheel drive if roads will be icy. It is hair pin turns all the way to the top. But we loved it. It cost substantially more than the one we originally booked so I have every reason to give it a negative review, but we loved it.
We had a great time here, but unfortunately the cabin is infested with orange lady bugs (Asian lady beetles). They’re everywhere. They were on the beds and ceilings. The cabin has amazing views and really is beautiful. It would benefit greatly from a deep cleaning. The showers/jet tub/toilets all need to be cleaned.

Nice stay
A little cleaning up around the house would’ve helped, all in all nice enough. 45 min drive to Pigeon Forge
Was a little disappointed with the cabin, even though it was beautiful it is not designed for senior citizens. We brought out moms which are 60 plus and they where confined to one floor of the cabin because the spiral stairs were to steep for them to climb. My husband and myself also had a hard time with them. Not recommended for seniors

Good cabin but cleanliness not a priority
Good cabin, great view. Upon arriving, we found lots of dirty dishes in the cupboards and drawers. Spider webs all over the decks and railings. Waterfall as advertised was not working. This place needs some serious TLC and an owner who cares.
Cozy cabin, conveniently located community with a private feel
This property has 2 private bedrooms and a 1 loft bedroom. All three have king size beds. There are 2 full baths, both of which are located inside of the private bedrooms (must go through the bedroom to access). All of the bedrooms are a nice, comfortable size and the beds are comfortable as well. The bathrooms are on the small side and do not really allow for use by more than 1 person at a time. If you are the person or persons sleeping in the loft bedroom, you are at a disadvantage if you need to access a bathroom while everyone else is sleeping. The main living room/eating area for 4/kitchen is one open space on the main floor. One of the private bedrooms is on the main floor as well. The pool table room is on the lower level as is the 2nd private bedroom. The loft bedroom is on the upper level. There is a steep and narrow, spiral staircase that connects the main level with the loft/upper level, and the main level with the lower level. There is a large, covered porch on all 3 levels with ample seating and spectacular views of the valley and mountains (our favorite part of this home). The hot tub is on the covered porch on the main level and can be accessed by the stairs connecting the porches (lower to main) or from the main level of the house. The hot tub is is enclosed on 3 sides and is very private, but can still enjoy the view from the open side.
The beds/bedrooms/bathrooms were clean when we checked in. The remainder of the house was reasonably clean (dusting, cleaning under furniture, and cob web removal is needed). We had one issue - the previous tenants had put LOTS of dishes back dirty and we ended up having to clean several things in order to be able to make our first meal. However, when we called the management company, they had someone out later that day to clean all of the dishes while we were out sight seeing. Everything appeared clean when we returned.
Overall, I would recommend this property for couples and families with older children. I would not recommend for the elderly or small children simply due to the steep, narrow spiral staircase as it is difficult enough to navigate without being disadvantaged.
