Charming single family home with plenty of room for family and friends. Brand new six seater golf cart included. This home is located near all of the amenities of Sandestin and just a short ride to the beach. 3 bedrooms with new comfortable mattresses and 3 baths. Primary bedroom has King bed including sitting area with TV and full size pull out couch with full bath with walk-in shower. 2nd bedroom has King bed with TV, and ample closet space, 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, a TV and nice size closet. Upstairs hall bath has tub/shower combination. All bedrooms are located on second floor. House includes screened-in-porch, patio and upstairs balcony. House also includes a fully equipped kitchen containing all new stainless steel appliances with spacious dining area along with kitchen bar. This home has a full bathroom downstairs with walk-in shower and is adjacent to laundry area with full size washer and dryer.

Perfect!

We loved our stay in Paula’s home. It was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. The beds were all very comfortable, we appreciated the beach equipment/towels, and communication with Paula was excellent. The golf cart was a highlight and made it a breeze to get to the pool and the beach. The house was a perfect set up for our family of five, and we enjoyed the screened in porch.

Great Location

The house is exactly as pictured, it was more than enough space for our family of 4. The location is great. The Sandestin Resort offers multiple pools, beach access, and Baytowne Wharf with restaurants and entertainment. Grand Boulevard next door to Sandestin also has a lot of great restaurants. You really don't have to drive very far to get anywhere and the golf cart was great for getting around and seeing the resort.

Perfect location in Sandestin

This was our first time in Sandestin, and will not be the last. Sandestin itself is pretty incredible- beautifully maintained grounds, pools, attractions, restaurants…. The home is beautiful, exactly as described and has everything (really everything) you could want/need. We spent mornings drinking coffee on the balcony/patio or screen porch. The golf cart made things so convenient (and fun). We lugged a stroller, cooler and beach/pool things. Beach: the unit has a bunch of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, toys). The host communicated promptly when I had a couple of questions. Thank you Paula, we had an incredible stay.

Great villa on 10th fairway of The Links

Very spacious and comfortable unit, especially the king bed. Great view from the screened in deck and from the balcony of the 10th fairway of The Links. Loved the use of a 6 seater golf cart as we had friends staying around the resort we could easily visit or pick up and drive to and from the Baytowne village or the beach. The large dining table also came in handy when having friends over for dinner. We were the first to use the new barbeque. Paula was amazing as far as being accessible when needed.

Quiet family Thanksgiving

Week at the Beach!

The property was just as pictured /listed . Golf cart was great and really a must while staying at the resort . We had a great week and would stay at this property again . However would recommend getting a new grill as we were disappointed that we were unable to grill on the patio

Another great Sandestin Trip

We have tried several spots in Sandestin, and this one was another great stay. It was perfect for us to bring our two kids and a set of grandparents. Very quiet area, and the golf cart was new and nice. Plenty of beach equipment and all of the household items we needed. We would definitely rent here in the future.

Perfect place to stay

We love visiting Destin, and we love this location. Golf carts are fun and we look for places that have one- this property has a 6 person cart. Plenty of room and the layout is great. The master bedroom is beautiful, and although I don't vacation in Destin for a large master, the seating area and the outdoor balcony was great to be alone for a moment and I made use of it. There were more than 8 beach towels which lightened the packing load. This property is the best location to cart to the beach, Baytowne Wharf, or to Publix. Tons of shopping and restaurants in the area. The beach area located near The Beach House Restaurant, I believe is the best location for convenience and amenities. The owner was very wonderful and very responsive.

Excellent location!

The location of the home was so close to the restaurants and shops and the golf cart made the commute to the pool and beach so convenient. The house offered plenty of indoor and outdoor space and came with all of the amenities. Would highly recommend this property!

We had a great time at the property, it was convenient and close to all the amenities. The golf cart was amazing. The decor and layout of the home is very nice. However, it’s in dire need of a deep clean. I would recommend to others once cleaned. Overall had a wonderful time!!!

Spring break getaway

We absolutely loved the house. We loved having the golf cart, we could access the beach, pool, and Baytown wharf with it. Weather was cool, but the heated pool was amazing. Plenty of restaurants were within a couple of miles. For how big the resort is, the house felt secluded, which we loved. Our family of five (kids ages 16, 13, and 5) will definitely be back, it was probably our favorite vacation that we have taken.

spring break

It was our first trip to Destin area and it won't be our last. We vacationed with our 16 year old daughter and her friend and another couple. The host was quick to respond to any of our questions. There were enough bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen is on the smaller side but we only used for breakfast and snacks so it was fine. A deep cleaning is needed as we found cobwebs and dust bunnies which we removed. The beds were comfortable and the 2 king beds were perfect for the 2 couples. We enjoyed the view of the golf course. The golf cart was wonderful! We could get anywhere in the resort within 5 minutes from groceries to the beach. The pool at the fitness center was just down the road and it was a perfect spot to soak in the sun with a fabulous view. The Craft Bar, Slick Lips, and Tommy Bahama were our favorites for dining. Baytowne Wharf was very enjoyable for all!

Snowbirds

Sandestin Golf and Resort complex is beautiful! We had wonderful, friendly neighbors and an amazing home to stay in for the Winter! Thoroughly enjoyed Bay Towne Wharf, Sunset Cafe and just the amazing sunsets on the Gulf. Our golf car was a great addition and fun to take to the beach. Thanks, Paula, for giving us the opportunity to relax in comfort on vacation this year!

Wonderful Vacation

The property was immaculate and perfectly suited to our family. There was plenty of seating in the living room and dining area, which sometimes we have found inadequate in previous rentals. We loved the large golf cart! It was a huge benefit that it was included with the house. The house is in lovely gated community but very close to shopping and necessities. Paula was wonderful about answering any questions before the trip and went out of her way to make our trip just perfect. We look forward to visiting her home again.

A wonderful week in a beautiful place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed and took in many of the fun activities within the resort. We enjoyed the golf cart which made everything so convenient from getting to the beach and getting groceries at Publix. We enjoyed Baytown Wharf, dinner at Slick Lips, Rum Runners, and the firework show on Tuesday evening! Great for the kids with many activities too! We enjoyed pizza from Pizza by the Sea, donuts from Parlor Donuts (worth the wait in line), and Fudpuckers down on 98. The beach is beautiful, go early to set up chairs if you’re bringing your own! The house was perfect for our family! It was clean and had plenty of beach gear too! We will be back again! Thank you!!
