Apartment with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms and large terrace, kitchen, dining room, air conditioning, wi fi. High end finishes. There´s big ,beautiful and heated swimming pool (in common areas) and 2 cover parking spaces. The unit is in a gate condo complex, is located in the first building so you have to take a few stairs or ramp to go to the pool or to the parking. We are about 5 minutes walking from the beach and 10 minutes walking from downtown.

Quiet Clean and Beautiful

Great property on the north side of town away from downtown so quiet at night. Just rent a golf cart and you are a 3 minute ride away from downtown. Very clean property big spacious and nice pool. Will definitely come back

My overall impression of this property is very good value. Our property manager Alejandra lives a floor up and is the best we have ever had for attending to our requests. We were not expecting a view of the ocean so this was a nice surprise. The deck is situated so that it does not get direct sun which makes it always comfortable to sit on. The size of the deck is excellent and the bird watching was very entertaining. Our only surprise from what was shown on VRBO was that the oven on the stove did not work only the stove top which we were advised has never worked. If we were to suggest items for improvement we would fix the oven, move the TV from the bedroom to the living space, replace the router for the wifi to improve reliability, increase the amount of comfortable lounge seating from three to four units and provide some spare blankets for the beds. We had one guest with mobility challenges that found access to the suite difficult. If would be nice to include some pictures of the road leading up to the property and the entry stairs so that tenants have a good understanding of what they should expect in terms of stairs and road steepness. Overall we would stay here again.
