Rez of villa with sheltered terrace of 30m ² and garden in 15mn of the center of Toulon and 5mn beaches of Cape Brown. Spacious accommodation located on the edge of the forest between town and countryside. Clear view, private and secure parking. Residential area, quiet and easy to access, close to the highway exit. At the crossroads of Toulon, La Valette and La Garde, housing is accessible by bus (bus stops 5-10 minutes walk). Close to shops and amenities. Provençal markets of La Valette and La Garde 2 km. Beaches of Toulon and Pradet 5-10 minutes by car. The accommodation comprises a large living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a bed 2 pl 160x200 and one with 2 beds of 80x200) each with a shower and a sink, 1 separate toilet.

Eexcellent séjour

Les propriétaires Christophe et Marie ont été tres recceptifs avant et pendant le sejour. Trés réactifs, disponibles.Ils nous ont aussi filer les bons tyaux des sites á visiter . Ils habitent au dessus de la location avec leur famille, et pour autant très discrets. Leur appartement est parfaitement équipé avec tout ce donc un appartement a besion. Le lieu est trés calme , avec une grosse Terasse et une vue panaromique sur Toulon .Parking gratuit et securisé avec un Carport qui protege la voiture du soleil et toutes les commodités sont aux alentours.(Plages, Restaurants,Supermarchés..) Nous y etions deux adultes et deux enfants 6 et 12 ans. Pour notre prochaine visite dans le Var nous reviendrons en famille avec grand plaisir !!

Magnifique logement incroyablement bien équipé.

Le rez de villa est très bien situé dans un environnement calme et dispose de tout le confort de grande qualité d'un logement moderne et bien conçu. Les propriétaires qui résident à l'étage sont accueillants et très discrets. Idéal pour deux couples ou une famille de quatre personnes.

Christophe et Marie sont de charmants propriétaires: réactifs, disponibles, résidants au dessus de la location avec leur famille, et pour autant très discrets. Leur appartement est parfaitement bien équipé, au calme, avec toutes les commodités aux alentours. Nous reviendrons en famille avec grand plaisir !!
