One bedroom apartment perfect for two people. Upscale, quiet, safe residential neighborhood. This apartment is close to many local restaurants. Nevertheless, I recommend renting a car or using Uber or Lyft when visiting Fort Lauderdale.

This apartment is walkable (4-5 blocks) to many local restaurants and coffee shops. Parking -- there is assigned off-street parking for ONE car only. If you have a second car, then you can park it on-street just down the block.

Wi-Fi: two internet connections (AT&T and Comcast) provide redundancy. Wifi is strong throughout the entire property. Stream 4K movies or do video calls or both simultaneously! Ultra-fast Comcast connection. Kitchen: the kitchen is equipped for real cooking. There are sharp knives and non-stick pots and pans. Beach gear: we provide beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and a cooler.

Laundry: you'll have access to the washing machine and dryer. They are free and are shared by all five units.

Babies: every unit has a crib, and a highchair is available on request.

I live in Europe but am very responsive to email. My property manager lives less than a mile away and can respond to emergencies. You'll get the key in a lockbox.

The TV gets local channels only. It is a Smart TV, so you can access Netflix, HBO or other streaming services.

Bugs are a constant battle in Florida. You may encounter some during your stay. We exterminate using traps, bait, sprays, and fumigation. There is bug spray on the top shelf in the kitchen cabinet furthest from the sink. If you need us to come and exterminate, we can send someone Monday through Saturday (Sundays are more difficult).
