Villa of 126 m2 composed of 2 communicating apartments: 3 bedrooms (2 with 160cm double bed and 1 with 2 90cm beds / memory bedding), 3 bathrooms with shower, 2 toilets and 2 living rooms (kitchen American and living room). Each living room has a convertible sofa offering 2 additional beds (4 additional people in all). Terrace with jacuzzi on the ground floor and balcony upstairs. Each apartment can be independent or communicating (each has its own entrance). New construction with typical architecture and respectful of the environment. The apartment is surrounded by greenery: peace and quiet while being a 3-minute walk from the historic center of Sarlat.
