THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

POOL HEATER/SPA: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $50 per day. Must be paid prior to check-in
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
*$25 non-refundable trip fee if a guest asks for pool heat day of arrival or throughout their stay*

PARKING NOTES:
-No street parking is permitted. Please make sure cars are also not parked on the grass or in a way that obstructs the sidewalk. Cars that violate this will be towed at the guest's/car owners' discretion. Some extra parking spots may be available for guests in Oakview Dr, Oakrise Lp, Oakmoss Loop, Oak Grn Lp, and Broak Oak Drive. Keep in mind that these spots are not reserved and may not be available. (Limit of 5 cars per house).

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and NO SUPPLY of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check-in.

TRASH DISPOSAL:
All trash MUST be in a bag, tie it tight and fit within the bin provided. (If these requirements are not met the trash will not be picked up and will result in a violation being issued, and an extra $100 for the after-hour trash collection will be charged)
Please place the trash into the bench by the door every night, it will be collected every morning.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED where the owner has to send someone out to fix, repair, mail or pay extra for cleaning.

Family Vacation

Overall beautiful home. There is not a tv in each bedroom. Bedrooms could use fans, not allowed to turn air below 72. Wifi and service was poor. Some of the bedroom sheets were stained and some bedrooms need more pillows. Traffic in the evenings getting back into the community. Very convenient with trash pickup daily. Overall a good location for a family stay.

It’s not as awesome

The property manager was very helpful and prompt about returning messages however the house was not ready for another 45 minutes after we arrive the dryer did not work but however he did send someone right over to fix it and the only complaint I have the pool was not clean that’s my only complaint

Dont stay if you want to relax and watch tv!!!!

The community was very clean. The house was nice, however, if you are looking in to watching TV. ITS ONLY 4 TV'S in a 13 bedroom home. The host responded very quickly until I had complaints!!!. The sheets on the beds was backwards, so probably not cleaned!!! Overall Solterra is a nice community but not that HOUSE!!!! .

Perfect for Group Stay

This rental was perfect for our group of 22 adults. We were close enough to the airport without being in the center of the Disney madness. The property was clean and well equipped for our stay. Thank you!

Amazing Family Stay

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The amenities were nice and it is very spacious. We had about 28 people and could still go a whole day without seeing somebody. Lol. We looked to book it again but it was unavailable for our dates :(

2021 Family Thanksgiving

The house was beautiful and spacious. Me and my family had plenty of space and a wonderful time. Only thing that I had issues with was that AC downstairs did not work. Thank God it was cool outside so we could open the sliding doors and windows. There was spots and blemishes on some of the carpets and markings on the walls. The oven and microwave did not work properly for us to cook or warm up food for Thanksgiving. My sister had to go out and buy two burners that could help warm up our food. The owner/property management company or the guard gate could not let us know how parking goes we had to ask a neighbor. So for future renters. You are only given 5 decals. As long as your cars are in the garage or driveway you don’t need a parking decal. The decal most be on any car that is parked in the designated guest spots. You also need a decal to get in to the property. I do advise if you stay at this property or any other property that you make sure you do documentation of any problems with videos or pictures. Overall the stay was good.

Rentals Beware

Over the years, my family and I have stayed at multiple vacation rentals and this house has to be the absolute WORST. The bathrooms were not equipped with toilet paper or adequate bath towels. The carpet throughout the house was worn and dirty. The kitchen had a large island where guests could have gathered for breakfast, lunch, snacks etc., but there were NO bar stools. The kitchen island could have easily accommodated 8-10 seated guests if there were bar styled stools available. Reading past reviews other paying guests expressed similar grievances, but clearly not a concern for the owner. The lighting on the patio was extremely poor and should be immediately addressed for safety and security issues. Positive note about the trip: The were bed(s) in each bedroom and the hot water worked.

The Real Deal is!

The house was Ok, I've stayed at better though. It was very clean when we arrived. That's a plus. I asked the property manager if there were bar stools in the house and I was told there were 4 white bar stool and when I arrive there were No bar stools in the house. There was two refrigerators in the house which was a plus but only one of them made ice and gave water and that was a negative for the number of people we had staying in the house which was about 25 people. We wish there were TVs in all the room but they were only in the 3 master bedrooms, it won't have mattered really but we would have love it there was a TV in the game area so the kids could have watched movies and had time away from the adults. The house was nice but it does need a inside paint job really dad.. The adults like to go swimming when the kids are put to bed but we were not able to do so because the pool lights did not work. The oven door was broken so when you opened it you had to hold on to it so it wouldn't fall open. So overall it could be an excellent house if some updating is done on the house.

Air conditioner problem

The house was fine. We enjoyed the stay until the air conditioner unit went out. I emailed the owner and he sent a tech out. The tech was able to repair the unit. Once I returned home, the homeowner charged me an air conditioner tech fee. We didn’t do anything to cause the unit to freeze. The unit was out of Freon and that is not our responsibility. The owner stated because the doors/windows being open caused it to freeze. The day it froze, the children were not home. I requested a refund but the owner refused. Do not reserve this home.

An Awesome Stay!

We had a wonderful time at the home in Davenport. There were 15 of us and we had a real good time hanging out with each other in such a nice home. Gordon was very nice and informative in our communication. I will certainly rent from this company again.
