Large 2-room apartment of 35 m2 equipped, 2 pleasant terraces facing south-east and south on the garden side in a very quiet small residence. Fine sandy beach 2 mins walk. 1st floor with reserved parking space. Separate toilet, electric shutters. 5 minutes by road and 20 minutes on foot from the city center. Large bright living room, 1 convertible sofa and a comfortable armchair, tv, speakers, board games, books and a wardrobe. In the bedroom, a large 180x190 bed, an armchair, 2 bedside tables, a small wardrobe. Shower room with hairdryer, carpet, heated towel rail. Separate toilet. Malgré le temps
Nous avons passés un agreable séjour dans cette location. Catherine a était a nos petits soins, tres professionnelle, des explications claires, posées avec une patience exemplaire. Je n'ai jamais recu d'accueil aussi chaleureux et professionnel, et pourtant avec de nombreuses années de location dans cette région. Seul petit bémol, le temps mais la Catherine nous a assurée quelle n'y etait pour rien et nous l'avons cru.

Gelungenenr Aufenthalt
Wir haben erholsame 17 Tage in einer gemütlichen, mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage ist toll, strandnah und der Weg in das nette Örtchen auch nicht weit. Wir hatten die Fahrräder dabei, die wir auch sicher in der Garage unterbringen konnten . Catherine ist eine sympathische, absolut zuverlässige Gastgeberin. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Pour ce vider la tête et pour ce ressourcer.
Une semaine c'est trop court!mais pour moi c'était parfait.location prêt de la plage, pour ce qui aime la marche par la digue a 30mn du centre ville cela permet d'admirer la mer en même temps.propreté de l'appartement et l'accueil rien n'a dire super.

The place is very comfortable for two. Very clean and close to the beach. Pet friendly, nice and quiet area. The host met us during check in and check out, showed us the apartment. She is very nice, helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

Appartement très propre, très agréable à la décoration soignée et de bon goût. On s y sent comme chez soi. La literie très confortable. Très calme ne donnant pas sur le parking, c est appréciable. La propriétaire très sympathique. Les promenades pour les "toutous" à proximité. Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner l'an prochain.

Logement agréable et bien placé.
A 20 minutes à pied par le bord de mer du centre de Cabourg, l’emplacement vous met à l’écart des foules. Vous disposez d’un emplacement pour le véhicule. Le logement est correctement équipé et dispose de toutes les commodités (sauf le lave vaisselle car la cuisine est petite). C’est très calme et par beau temps là terrasse est agréable. L’accueil est de qualité et Catherine est disponible aux sollicitations éventuelles. Nous avons passé un excellent WE (même s’il a dû être écourté à notre grands déception mais nous reviendrons). La région est vraiment sympa. A louer sans craintes.
