Located near the town square, just in front of the 'Serra de Tramuntana' mountain range; The house has beautiful views of the plains of most of the island. Can Rafael is the ideal starting point for excursions by car or long walks to discover the surroundings of Selva and the Sierra mountains. Can Rafael is a typical Mallorcan village house with a living area of approx. 250 square meters with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a spacious living room with fireplace, a study and a large well-equipped kitchen. Please, note that the garage at the house is no longer available. There is central heating for the colder months and air conditioning on the first floor. It is decorated in a typical Mallorcan style.

Urlaub mit Familie (8 Personen)

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen Finca mitten im Ort Selva sehr genossen. Besonders schön ist die tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse. Da während unseres Urlaubs im Dezember fast immer Sonne schien, konnten wir sogar draußen frühstücken. Abends, wenn es kühler wurde, haben wir die Heizung in einigen Räumen in der Finca genutzt, die immer sehr gut funktionierte. Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Wir kommen wir gerne wieder.

October in Selva

We had a lovely stay in Selva, and Rafael made sure that we had everything we needed, replacing a broken lamp very quickly for our room and checking that everything was ok. The house was ideal for the 8 of us and is in a great spot in the town, a quick walk to the bakery and local bars and not far to a supermarket. It would be worth mentioning in the details that there is a short flight of stairs to the bedroom that is described as being on the ground floor - if we had been able to take my mother with us as planned, she would have struggled with those stairs. Overall the house is lovely and the outside area is gorgeous with great views. Happy to recommend

großes Stadthaus mit Aussicht

Das Haus ist mitten in einem netten Dorf. Riesige Terasse und Pool mit Aussicht grandios, Vermieter sehr nett. Haus innen etwas düster, aber authentisch eingerichtet.

Selva - Gemütlich und ruhig

Ein älteres Haus im original zustand. Vunderbares Vieu über Mallorca und schöne pool. Garage fasst mit mühe 2 Autos - sonst keinen Parkmöglichkeit. Absolut beste lage für fahradfahren in die berge!! Aircondition - funktionsfähig aber altmodisch und nur im Obergeschoss - haus ist spanish und kühl wenn man die Türen geflossen halten. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt bei ein sehr freundlichen eigner.

Eine Villa die einer gründliche Überholung bedarf.

Tolle Fotos eines altes Hauses, das einen gründlichen Fresh Up dringend braucht! Alle Geräte in der Küche sind entweder extrem gebaucht oder alt, meistens beides. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirr und Töpfe und Pfannen sind eigentlich nicht mehr zu benutzen.Nnicht nach zu vollziehen, warum die nicht schon mal lange vorher nicht erneuert werden. Alle Matratzen sind uralt und verhindern einen guten Schlaf, auch die sollten mal ausgetauscht werden. Neben der Villa ist direkt ein Restaurant, muss man auch mögen. Die Villa liegt oben am Berg, vorne an der Strasse ist morgens immer was los, was Lärm bedeutet und das ab morgens um 6 Uhr. Insgesamt ist die Lage toll, wir würden Rafael aber dringend raten, was wieder ein wenig Geld in sein Objekt zu investieren. Ansonsten wird es zukünftig Kritik hageln.....

Lækkert sted, med rigelig plads!

Super udsigt fra terrassen lige midt i centrum af den charmerende by er omdrejningspunktet for de fleste dage i huset... kører man på tur er der også mange muligheder, og der kan vandres og cykles direkte fra byen... vil man på stranden, tager 30 min i bil at komme til Alcudia! Køkkenet er lidt sparsom, men fungere fint! Udlejer er en super flink og hjælpsom ældre spansk mand, som oprigtigt bare gerne vil sikre at man nyder sit ophold! Billederne snyder ikke, og der kan med lidt god vilje holde to biler i den tilhørende garage... vejene i Selva er lidt stejle og smalle, men det bliver lyn hurtigt hverdag bilen, og så er de bare super hyggelige at gå ture i! Priserne i de lokale café’er er meget fair og kvaliteten er høj, priserne er langt under priserne i Alcudia

Schöne Finca, aber Küchenutensilien für 10 Personen zu gering.

Die Finca ist schön im Ort gelegen. Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein. Ein Einliter-Wasserbereiter und eine normale Kaffemaschine mit Fassungsvermögen 1L für 10 Personen ist zu klein. Sonst war es in Ordnung und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Alles war wie erwartet. Stil der Inneneinrichtung, der Pool und der Garten sind hervorragend. Eine fantastische Aussicht. Die Doppelbetten könnten größer sein, ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Geburtstage in Selva

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Haus, mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick. Die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend, allerdings könnten einige Doppelbetten größer sein. Ein netter Vermieter, der Pool hat eine gute Größe. Wir waren in einer sehr heißen Periode da und da wäre es schön gewesen, wenn alle Schlafzimmer über Klimaanlagen verfügt hätten. Das Wlan ist ausbaufähig, es war sehr langsam. Ansonsten hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Tolles Domizil mit perfektem Gastgeber

Auch wenn das Haus von der Straße zunächst recht unscheinbar und verstaubt wirkt, bietet es doch im Inneren und im Garten alles, was das Urlaubsherz benötigt. Dazu eine spektakuläre Aussicht von der Poolterrasse. Wir ( 4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder ) haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Auch zum Strand von Can Picafort sind es nur 25 Minurten mit dem Auto. Dazu hatten wir mit Rafael den perfekten Gastgeber, der sich immer sofort um alles gekümmert hat. Vielen Dank dafür Rafael! Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Tolles Haus, großartiger Blick

Wir haben in Rafaels Haus in Selva zwei wundervolle Wochen verbracht. Der Außenbereich: viel Platz zum Spielen für die Kinder, angenehmer Pool, fantastischer Blick über die Insel Die Lage: ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für ausgedehnte Rennradtouren, Klettergebiete in 10 Minuten zu erreichen Möglichkeiten im Ort: jede Woche Markt gleich ums Eck, Bäcker, Banken, Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe Ausstattung: ein wenig angestaubt, aber zweckmäßig. Wir sind passionierte Köche, das ein oder andere Küchenutensil hat uns noch gefehlt :-) Einziger Haken: Man kriegt die Bude bei niedrigen Temperaturen nur schwer warm - aber das Problem kennen wir schon von Ferienhäusern in Spanien. Der Gastgeber: sehr bemüht, kommt bei Problemen sofort vorbei und versucht Abhilfe zu schaffen. Muchas gracias, Rafael!

A very nice house with an amazing view

Our family had a fantastic stay in Rafael's lovely old spacious house, we enjoyed the outdoor facilities very much, especially the swimmingpool and the fantastic view. And the house is very close to small shops and restaurants.

We all had a lovely holiday. The villa was well equipped. The only drawback was the depth of the pool. It didn't have a shallow end so wasn't Ideal for small children.

Det rigtige Mallorca i et fantastisk hus i Selva

Vi har her i uge 18 2017 boet 8 personer i Rafaels hus. Et stort og helt fantastisk hus, hvor man har det hele. Vi er cykelfolk, så også derfor er huset og byen det perfekte sted. Rafael som ejer huset er den flinkeste mand, som gerne hjælper med alt muligt.

God plads og skøn udsigt

Dette hus er beliggende 50 meter fra byens torv og dog fuldstændig ugeneret og med smuk udsigt fra husets terrasser. Der er skønne udenomsarealer og hjemlig atmosfære. Vores formål med rejsen var cykling og Selva er et perfekt udgangspunkt for dette, med en beliggenhed for fødderne af Mallorca's smukke bjerge. Kun 2 km. fra den første opkørsel gennem Schweizerdalen som er ca. 8 km. lang. Til huset hører garage med god plads til udlejningsbil. Der er 3 restauranter i byen indenfor gåafstand og byens café på torvet. Bager og meget lille købmand indenfor 100 m og mindre supermarked inden for 600 meter. Rafael som er husets ejer er hjælpsom og betænksom og hjalp med svar på de spørgsmål vi havde. Tilbød at købe lidt ind til os, fordi vores fly landede sent og lod os blive efter normalt udcheckningstid på afrejsedagen - da huset ikke var lejet ud. Huset kan varmt anbefales til dem som ønsker at besøge det smukke, stille og rolige Mallorca. Her er ingen gadesælgere eller solbrille- og badetøjsbutikker. Vi vender tilbage.

Fantastisk hus ved foden af bjergene

Billederne lyver ikke! Her er et hus som vi uden problemer boede 11 personer i, og nød hvert et øjeblik! Fantastisk udsigt, skøn pool, hyggelige skyggesteder, garage til to små biler, badeværelser til alle, 150m til lille bar med morgenkaffe, 25 km til skønne strande, 30 min. fra Palm, 5 min. til bjergene der er fyldt md vidunderlige vandrestier..... What's not to like!!! Rafael er en fantastisk vært, som hele tiden holder dig opdateret før din ankomst - og vender tilbage med svar på ethvert spørgsmål (også de mere fjollede) du måtte have behov for at stille. Under opholdet sikrer han sig at alt er vel. En usædvanligt sympatisk person! Kan på det kraftigste anbefales!

Fantastisk feriehus i Selva

Beskrivelsen i annonsen var helt etter virkligheten! Ute og inne var det rent og velholdt. Bassengområdet var nyoppusset. Stort og deilig uteområde med kjempefin utsikt! Utleieren var imøtekommende og veldig hyggelig. Holdt oss løpende orientert fra vi bestilte boligen. Huset lå midt i sentrum av Selva med gourmerestaurant ( Miceli) vegg i vegg. Koselig lite sentrum med 3 øvrige restauranter, 2 barer, et lite bakeri og en liten butikk. ( Alle under 1 minutt å gå til.) 1 litt større butikk ( 10 minutter å gå.) Strategisk beliggenhet med bil, til små og store byer og bademuligheter. Leier du denne bolig får du mye for pengene og kan absolutt anbefales. Hilsen familie på 9 personer fra Norge.
