Nestled in the secure and upscale gated community of The Sanctuary in West Haven, our luxury property is 15 mins drive to the Disney parks and 3 minutes from Champions Gate golf courses. Other Orlando attractions like SeaWorld, Universal Studios and International Drive are 25 minutes away.
If it's shops or fine dining you are after, we are ideally located near to a variety of shops and international cuisine with Posner Park Plaza. . After exploring, stock up on goodies at the nearby Publix Supermarket, then head back and bask in your surrounds — sipping a cold beverage by the pool.

Nice place, pool heater was broken

Nice place and location, but the big draw for us was the private pool. Given the cool weather, it was only usable with the heater and we notified them to turn it on. Unfortunately, the heater was broken, and we would not have paid this for a place without a usable pool. We asked the owner but she refused to offer any reimbursement or something to make up for this.
