The house is lovely and well equipped. The location by the lake is very attractive but it was immediately apparent that the mosquitoes meant we couldn’t sit outside to enjoy the garden and the view. We were just bitten all over. The house was quite hot inside (we were there in July) and even the ‘cooling’ system wasn’t that effective. Having fans would have helped. There is also a resident cat we didn’t know about. It’s a difficult process to swim in the lake as the owners require you to sign a special form absolving them of any problems. So overall a great house but we wouldn’t return.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la piscine et l'environnement superbe vue sur le la matin et soir au calme. il y a de tout dans la maison pour occuper les grands comme les petits. bonne literie encore merci à Fabrice, Gisèle et Marie pour l'accueil top. +++

Un véritable havre de paix

Une maison fonctionnelle dans un cadre parfait. Ideal pour démarrer nos vacances. Quelle vue et quel calme avec le lac sous nos yeux et nos pieds en permanence ! Merci à Fabrice et Sophie qui furent des hotes disponibles tout au long du sejour dans le but de faciliter nos vacances. A refaire sans hésitation.

2 semaines au calme et très appréciées - on serait bien resté encore 2 semaines :)

Un grand merci à Sophie et Fabrice, très à l’écoute, qui nous ont accueillis dans leur magnifique villa moderne, située dans un cadre idyllique, au calme. La vue sur le lac est à couper le souffle et chaque soir, nous avons profité d’un beau coucher de soleil. La maison est décorée avec goût et offre tout le confort pour un séjour détente. Nous avons pu profiter de légumes et d’œufs frais grâce au potager et aux poules que les enfants ont immédiatement adoptées. La piscine hors sol qui offre une vue sur le lac était idéale pour se rafraîchir lorsque les températures ont grimpé et le lac nous a permis de faire nombreuses activités (paddle, bateau) appréciées par petits et grands. La proximité de commerces et d’un centre commercial sont un plus et Toulouse et Montauban sont rapidement accessibles. Nous garderons un très beau souvenir de nos vacances à Lespinasse.

Magnifique séjour au bord du lac chez Fabrice et Sophie

Cadre exceptionnel, accueil chaleureux, hôte bienveillant. Idéal pour se ressourcer seul ou en famille, la maison est fonctionnelle et très bien décorée. Chaque chambre possède une terrasse et les espaces permette à une personne handicapé de circuler librement. Le poulailler, le potager permette un accès à des produits frais au quotidien. La piscine hors sol avec vue sur le lac permet d’observer la nature environnante tout en se prélassant. Un grand salon avec de grandes fenêtres en galandages et une cuisine ouverte donne sur une magnifique terrasse en bois exotique idéal pour recevoir famille et amis pendant les longues soirées d’été. Nous remercions Fabrice et Sophie de nous avoir permis de nous ressourcer dans ce cadre exceptionnel.
