Intracoastal Waterway - 3BR/2BA Waterfront

Directly overlooking the ICW, you can enjoy your coffee in the morning on the covered deck, watch the boats go by, and listen to the gulls. A large backyard leads to a dock where you can crab or fish. This completely separate, 1650 sq ft guest 2nd floor has 3BR/2BA with room for 8 guests. Less than 5 minutes to the beach with closest access on 40th St SE. Bring your boat and take advantage of the in-shore or off-shore fishing Oak Island has to offer. The 55th St. public boat launch is 2-3 minutes away. Don't worry about where to store your boat or trailer, there is room to park them in the driveway.

Enjoy a day in Historic Southport, take the ferry to Fort Fisher and visit the North Carolina Aquarium, or explore the USS Battleship North Carolina about 45 minutes away in Wilmington. Myrtle Beach attractions are only about an hour away.

Perfect Family Place

The property has a large backyard ideal for children to run around , the dock is nice .. everything in regards to the house was wonderful .. The inside had a perfect layout for privacy and quiet time at night . I was very impressed with the size of the bunkbeds .We so much loved our stay !!!

Wonderful house

We have stayed here 3 times and love it! This is the cleanest house we have stayed in. The owner is easy to communicate with and he has done everything possible to meet any needs you might have while staying there. The outdoor furniture is very good and it is in a beautiful location.

VERY nice and comfortable stay

We have been coming to OKI for several years now and really enjoy the island. Tranquil Harbour was perfect for our family. The view is lovely and we enjoyed having access to the ICW for fishing, crabbing, and kayaking. The kitchen was so well stocked and I was so thankful they had spices and condiments available. We hope to stay again soon.

Amazing stay!!

We loved it here! Perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. We trapped crabs all week off the dock, caught sharks, flounder, puffer fish and a stingray. Quick drive to the beach. Close to a ton of grocery stores and restaurants (highly recommend Bar-B-Que House and Pepperoni Grill- get the double pepperoni double cheese)

Wonderful vacation Home

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! From the owners communication with me before, during and after our vacation. To the location of the home and the beautiful layout. We are a family of 7 and we had enough space for ever to be comfortable. Just a few minutes drive from the beach and walkable if you desire that as well!! We will definitely be back!

Great fishing

The property was a good size for our family of 5. We fished a lot and caught a great deal of fish (even sharks). The cleanliness wasn’t spotless. There were some dirty dishes in cabinets and drawers. Even with that, we had a really great time! I had one question when we first arrived and got an almost immediate response. Communication was great!

Home away from home

My first words walking into the property were "this is GORGEOUS!". The open floor plan home is beautiful. The bedrooms were all spacious and clean. Beds were beyond comfortable. There was plenty of room for all 5 of us to spread out or spend time together. View out the back of the waterway was so peaceful. The neighborhood is so quiet! I can't say enough positive things. We loved coming back here after a day at the beach or exploring the area attractions. Grocery store, ice cream, and good restaurants are just a few minutes away. If we come back to Oak Island we will definitely be staying here again.

Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay & would definitely consider staying again! The owners are great to respond quickly to any messages & provided all information ahead of time. The house is comfortable, including the master bed! The kitchen is nicely stocked, including things like measuring cups, cutting boards, even a waffle maker. The laundry room had an extra shelf ready to hold all your pantry items (there’s also a few empty cabinets & drawers). There is plenty of seating on the deck & carport area to catch gorgeous views of the waterway. We can’t say enough good things about this house! Location is close enough to everything- stores, food, and close access to the beach. We had a great stay! Thanks Todd & Andrea!

Intercoastal Stay

Everything was great except no light at pier to fish, the front bedroom was super hot no matter what we did which made that person's rest miserable. The kitchen needs some things added like bowls, can opener, baking pans, and a mixer. There was no air filter in the house which kind of grossed me out, but the property was as clean as a whistle! If these things were vamped we would definitely return!
