Finca Yphys Casa del Sol with Free WiFi near Basilica Candelaria

We are located in a rural area where you can enjoy a full rest with all the comforts.
It is a house located on our 10,000 square meter Yphys estate which has gardens and an ecological lake.
The house has two double bedrooms with double beds, a large room with two sofa beds, a satellite and terrestrial TV, a large bathroom with shower and bath, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine, a kitchen with everything you need in addition to a dinning room.
There is also a 100 square meter terrace with barbecue and a small private pool.
The house is located in one of the corner of the farm and there is parking for your car.

We have two guard dogs on the farm.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Sehr schönes Haus mit eigenem abgeschlossenen Garten. Also genug Privatsphäre. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht - aber wenn man noch etwas wünschte, einfach nur Cesar fragen. Ein absolut netter Gastgeber. Immer ansprechbar, immer hilfsbereit. Wir waren das 3. Mal auf Teneriffa und die Lage war sehr angenehm, weil man schnell in alle Richtungen unterwegs war. Lage trotz naher Autobahn ruhig. WLAN prima. Man sollte aber Hunde mögen, da es dort zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt ein kleines (5) Rudel gibt, die einen auch immer begrüßen und verabschieden..... wir mochten es sehr... Vielen Dank, Cesar, für den tollen Aufenthalt bei Dir !!

Perfectas vacaciones

La casa es preciosa, pequeña pero coqueta y equipada. La piscina privada y su terraza hacen de la casa un entorno ideal del que no te quieres ir nunca y todo ello dentro de una enorme finca muy bien cuidada y con encanto. Su dueño una persona muy amable que desde el minuto 1 de hacer la reserva se puso en contacto conmigo para tener un trato lo más cercano posible y en todo momento dispuesto a ayudarte o facilitarte lo que necesites. En definitiva, una estancia perfecta que ya estoy deseando volver a repetir!!

Paradies auf der Finca Yphys

Die weitläufige Finca Yphys bietet mehrere Wohneinheiten. Ich habe 4 Wochen in der Casa Gara verbracht. Das Haus mit eigenem Swimmingpool ist traumhaft gelegen und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer und die Berge. Cesar ist der perfekte Gastgeber, verwöhnt seine Gäste mit einem liebevoll zusammengestellten Geschenkkorb mit regionalen Bio-Produkten, hausgemachter Marmelade und Orangen-Schnaps. Da ich keinen Leihwagen hatte, bot er mir eines seiner Autos zur Miete an oder nahm mich zum Einkaufen in seinem Auto mit und brachte mich zum Flughafen. Das Haus ist absolut sauber und sehr gepflegt. Das Highlight ist der Swimmingpool, den man alleine benutzen kann und der eine angenehme Abkühlung bietet. Ich empfehle Cesar und deine Finca uneingeschränkt weiter. 5 von 5 Sternen! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Der deutschsprachige Vermieter hat sich sehr nett um uns gekümmert, wenn man wollte hatte er immer nette Tipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen. Wir wurden mit Obst aus seinem Garten und einer Flasche Wein begrüßt! Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist zweckmäßig, die Terrasse super! Sehr ruhige Lage, man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto.

Ich durfte wunderschöne Wochen in der Casa del Sol verbringen. Lali, Gara, Cesar und Luis (zusammen mit ihren zwei Fellnasen Sofia und Aco) waren um mein Wohl (und das meines Hundes) bekümmert. Cesar und seine Familie holte mich sogar am Flughafen ab. Dies habe ich sehr geschätzt. Das Ferienhaus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Luxus liegt definitiv in der Ruhe, die ich dort angetroffen habe. Ich genoss absolute Privacy. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich die Montaña Grande und das Naturschutzgebiet Malpaís de Güímar. Sie laden zu entspannten Spaziergängen und zum Beobachten wunderschöner Sonnenaufgänge (über Gran Canaria) ein. Mit dem Mietauto erreichte ich jeden Ort, der mich interessierte in relativ kurzer Zeit. Das Wetter in Dezember 2016 war etwas kälter und nasser als üblich und im Ferienhaus wurde es relativ schnell kühl. Aber wie heisst es doch so schön? Es gibt kein schlechtes Wetter, nur schlechte Kleidung! Mit ein paar zusätzlichen Decken, guter Kleidung und Hausschuhen konnte ich es mir drinnen trotzdem sehr gemütlich machen. Ich bereise die Insel Tenerife seit fast sechs Jahren. Auch miete ich immer wieder andere Unterkünfte. Es gibt immer wieder Neues zu entdecken. Tenerife wird noch lange meine Lieblingsinsel sein, davon bin ich überzeugt.

Sin duda un lugar mágico, donde miras al cielo de noche y solo ves estrellas, donde no hay ruidos, donde se respeta totalmente la privacidad, donde te sientes feliz, relajada y de donde no te dan ganas de marcharte... Asi es la casita del sol... Y dentro de una finca enorme donde podias moverte con total libertad y disfrutar de todo lo que ofrece..,donde nos hemos sentido como en casa de cómodos...Gracias a los propietarios por esa cercanía en el trato y por todos los pequeños detalles que han conseguido sencillamente que haya sido una experiencia 100% positiva...100% recomendable.. Volveremos😉🙃🙃🙃GRACIASSSS

Hola a tod@s!!! La familia al completo quiere agradecer al dueño y familiares de la finca, por hacernos pasar una estancia muy agradable, celebrar el cumple de mi hija Ariadna, que dice que ha sido el mejor cumpleaños q ha tenido!!! Y decir de esa maravillosa finca q es un sitio Encantador, precioso, que tiene un lago espectacular donde toda la Familia disfrutamos y nos tiramos del tobogán!!😂😂 La casita del Sol que Fue donde nos quedamos, es muy acogedora, está totalmente equipada y con una maravillosa terraza donde pasar unos ratos maravillos e inolvidables. Gracias y volveremos pronto!!!!

Un encanto de lugar !!

Lúgar cien por cien recomendable en el cual nos hantratado muy bien. Volverémos lo antes posible a descansar y recargar pilas de nuevo. Las personas que tenémos mascotas y nos cuesta encontrar sitios donde las acepten tienen en esta Finca Rural su lúgar perfecto para estar con ellas. Gracías por el buen trato recibido!!

Fin de semana con nuestras perritas

Fueron unos días maravillosos. Fuimos con nuestras dos perritas y el propietario de la casa fue muy amable y cuidadoso con todos los detalles. Cien por cien recomendable. Lo único a tener en cuenta es que hay que ir bien protegido con repelentes para mosquitos, sobre todo para la cena en la terracita. Del resto todo impecable.

Relax y desconectar...

Me ha gustado mucho quedarme unos dias en la casita del sol, ya que tiene todas las comodidades que puede tener una casa, la tranquilidad que se respira y la amabilidad por parte de los propietarios. La finca es muy bonita con dos perros maravillosos y muy bien educados. Espero volver...
