There's no need to trailer up the ORV's to ride the trails as you can take the road right from the property to the trail system around the corner. Conveniently located to North Bar, Loggers Landing, Luther Hardware, Luther Grocery, and Carrieville Gas Station. Also located near Manistee National Forest, Little Manistee River, Pine River, Pere Marquette Forest, Wolf Lake, Baldwin River, Pere Marquette River.
The property features 4 separate bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens, 2 full beds), 2 full bathrooms, fully furnished kitchen, laundry, 2 separate patios, 20 acres of walking trails, outdoor fire pit and plenty of wood to gather on the property.
The garage has seating and games as well as a movie library for extra fun. A full size pole barn is available to keep your toys out of the elements. The house is equipped with standby backup power so your vacation to Lake County won't be interrupted by power loss.
