Centrally located in heart of NW Arkansas, freshly remodeled house with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining room, living room, kitchen, pool and 2 car garage. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, a full bathroom, his & her closet and a 52" TV. First guest bedroom includes a queen size bed, closet and 32" TV. Second bedroom is outfitted with twin bunk beds with a desk, closet and 32" TV. All linens and towels are provided. Living room has a fireplace and 52" TV (Wifi and cable provided). Fully furnished and functional kitchen: oven with stove top, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, cooking utensils, cooking bowls and other cookware, pots & pans, dishes, silverware. Enjoy your meals at a spacious dining room with a table that seats 6. Washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board . House is small child friendly with high chair, pack-n-play and baby gate. Private Heated pool (OPEN mid- April thru mid-October check with us for exact dates), diving board, pool toys and a pool side accessible full bathroom. Hot tub(CLOSED june 15th-September 15th). Fully accessible 2 car garage with garage door opener. 2.8 miles from Pinnacle Hills Promenade for shopping, 4.2 miles from Walmart Amphitheater, 7.9 miles from Crystal Bridges, 7.6 miles from Amazuem, 6.1 miles from Wal-Mart home office, a dozen of golf courses within a few miles, 2.2 miles from Historical Downtown Rogers, 2.5 miles from micro breweries, 1 mile from Aquatic Center, 3.3 miles from Bass Pro, a couple of miles from a wide selection of restaurants, 3 miles from biking/running/walking trails, 6.7 miles from Bentonville Square, 7.2 from Beaver Lake, 12.2 miles from Pea Ridge National Military Park, 21 miles from Bikes Blues and BBQ and Walton Art Center.

Great little spot to stay.

This is our second time to stay here for a girl's weekend. We really enjoyed the cleanliness of the house and the private backyard pool and hot tub is amazing. The house is in a great location and we felt safe the whole time. Wouldn't hesitate to book again and probably will!

Property was as described - very clean, room for everyone and AC worked great. Pool was extremely clean and well-maintained...appreciated all the pool floats and the umbrella at the table for hot days. Hosts are very responsive!

The owners have worked to make this VRBO a comfortable home away from home. It is in an area that is close to shopping, food and places of interest. The owners were quick to answer any questions and replaced a hot water heater within a few hours of when the one there, had quit working.

The most seamless check in EVER!

We really enjoyed the mid town oasis. Perfect for a family. We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. If we weren't mountain biking we were at the pool.

Midtown Oasis

Our family travelled to Rogers for a mountain bike trip and spent 5 nights. The house was clean and perfectly located for daily riding. All the amenities we needed were provided and the pool was a blessing especially for our son who spent hours in it. Mike and Brianne were great hosts and answered any questions we had immediately. We would love to revisit Arkansas and definitely would stay here again.

Bravo, Midtown Oasis!

Our stay at the Midtown Oasis was a delight! Breanne went above and beyond! Breanne was accessible at all time and responsive to all of our needs and questions! Certainly, the property management was the best we have had a VRBO. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi immensely and we were close to all of my family in Arkansas. A big thank you to Breanne and Mike for their hospitality and house with everything we needed!

Owners were very responsive and wonderful to work with. When we come back to Arkansas we will be back. Love the home and BIG bonus was the outdoor bathroom! No trailing in water from the pool with it there. Highly recommend.

It was our second time staying there and it was just as nice as the first time. The owners are always willing to take care of anything we need. They are very friendly and respectful.
