Spectacular Location with minor annoyances

Great location, spectacular view, close to sights. Apartment is spacious. A couple minor issues prevented a five star review. Beds are older and not very comfortable. Wifi is intermittent. Hot water heater is small allowing for a single Hollywood shower or 3 navy showers. Would recommend.

Très bien

Un petit séjour début juin, une météo magnifique. Le logement est bien équipé, il y a juste quelques détails qui feraient que le prix de la location soit justifié (des matelas plus neufs avec des protections car il n'y a des alèses sur rien et donc des taches malheureusement). Concernant la région, un grand bof. Celui qui aime faire la crêpe sera content, celui comme moi, qui préfère visiter, se balader, sera déçu car il n'y a rien, même pas de boutiques souvenirs. Rien de touristique et que des espagnols à cette époque, pas de touristes étrangers. Certains commerçants se débrouillent un peu en anglais, pensez à un traducteur sur gsm au besoin... Le logement possède une belle terrasse qui nous a permis de profiter de la météo et de manger devant un beau paysage. Il y a par contre beaucoup de restos, magasins donc pas de soucis pour se restaurer et boire un coup.. Nous sommes allés dans les villes limitrophes et pareil, rien d'exceptionnel. Pour ceux qui aiment vraiment faire autre chose que de bruler leur peau au soleil, je conseille une location de voiture sinon c'est l'ennui assuré (attention à certains agences de location, lisez bien les avis, ce n'est pas toujours rose.......). Bonnes vacances!

Nicht empfehlenswert

Lage des App. wunderbar aber ........ nicht desinfiziert nicht sauber (die Sachen in der Küche kleben) starker Schimmelbefall in der Dusche, hier ist lange nichts gemacht worden!!! Rostige Utensilien und Balkontisch die Farbe fällt von der Decke die Fenstergriffe sind teilweise lose (man hat sie in der Hand) die Duscharmaturen sind lose und verkalkt, die Funktionen eingeschränkt die Fliesen sehr ungepflegt einige Rollläden laufen fast gar nicht Es wurde versucht mit dem Vermieter (der übrigens über dem App. wohnt) eine Lösung zu finden- Es wurde eine Gutschrift fest vereinbart, das Geld ist bis heute nicht da. Schön aber leider nicht empfehlenswert!!

2. OG mit Lift. Parkplatz ist nicht so einfach zu bekommen. Direkter Meerblick und tolles Wohnzimmer. Hell modern. Hab mich 4 Wochen dort wohl gefühlt. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Raumaufteilung ist etwas komisch aber alles gut. Platz genug. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen

Great place

We loved the place and had a great time entertaining family and friends in it, watching ferries pass by, swimming and walking. Great place for active people that like to have the jogging place, the beach and the tapas bar just below the balcony of the apartment. Maybe for a family with children, it would be best to have at least one of the bedrooms with 2 twin beds as two queen beds limit the choices. And for people with limited mobility and very old, the bedding and sofas are too low so they could not enjoy the nights for siesta time as much as others. But they enjoyed the daytime. Plan accordingly and you will enjoy it.

Beautiful apartment on the beach

We loved our stay in this beautiful spacious apartment, right on the beach. Perfect to pop back to during the day, with air con and the view from the balcony was just stunning. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable too, and the large living room was great for our family. Great to be so close to the beach, restaurants and shops and also close to the airport. Thank you, we hope to come again.

Séjour à Almeria

Appartement idéalement situé pour des vacanciers sans locomotion. L'espace dédié aux chambres se trouve côté parc. Cette caractéristique permet des nuits plutôt tranquille. Location conseillée sans réserve.

Beautiful beach vacation spot

The apartment is very nice and it’s location right on the beach is great. The balcony looking over the boardwalk was beautiful. The master bedroom toilet is not a separate space with a door so there is some loss of privacy. I believe some of ceiling electrical wiring is not completed. However we had a wonderful stay and Carlos did try to fix the WiFi but it was somewhat frustrating.

Almeria ist eine tolle lebendige Stadt, welche man gut auch "offseason" besuchen kann! Zudem gibt es für Kleinkinder unzählige tolle Spielplätze 😉!

A large , modern apartment in a great location overlooking the beach. Well equipped too.

The apartment is as described in the information given. Our experience for our two week stay was very positive with only a couple of niggles. For the whole of our stay the television didn't work, we were told that nothing could be done as it was off in the whole block. Also we expected a linen change and apartment clean after one week especially for the price. However we were told that it would cost €40 for cleaning but a linen changewould be provided for no charge. That didn't happen so we used the linen from the other bedroom. Apart from that we had a great stay, the location of the apartment gives you easy access to walk into the city with all its facilities. At the same time you are on the beach front with cafes and restaurants of which a number were open daily even in February/March. The apartment itself is very large and runs from front to back. The lounge and open kitchen are on the front with the sea view, the bedrooms are on the back where it was very quiet onto a small street. The balcony on the front is very large and a great place to watch the world go by. Our communication with the owner, Carlos and his sister, Elena - who dealt with the apartment during our stay - went very well. Questions were answered quickly and arrival and departure went smoothly.

prachtig appartement , prima gelegen.

Goed appartement .Geweldig gelegen aan het strand, maar toch rustig. Alles goed geregeld. Enkele kleine dingen voor verbetering vatbaar maar mocht zeker de pret niet drukken. (o.a. verlichting woonkamer defect. 2 handdoeken p.p. voor hele week is wat magertjes.)
