Erholung pur

Der Park der Pineta di Roccamare ist wahrhaftig ein Ort zum Erholen. Sehr ruhig gelegen und im Herbst ist auch am Strand nicht überlaufen von Touristen. Wir schätzten auch die Möglichkeit, Biktouren in der Umgebung von Cala Violina zu unternehmen.

Vacanza sul mare

Sono stata in vacanza con la mia famiglia e il nostro cane è il posto ideale per tuttiLa casa è pulita e funzionale, dotata di tutto il necessario. Spaziosa, estremamente confortevole e con un bel giardino curato in cui riposare all'ombra dei pini.Molto utile e funzionale la doccia esterna alla casa La spiaggia è raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata all'interno della pineta o con macchina. La casa e la spiaggia sono luoghi meravigliosi, silenzioso ed esclusivo. La comunicazione con la proprietaria ed il personale in loco è stata perfetta. La spiaggia è attrezzata con capanno e lettini. Ripeteremo sicuramente l'esperienza.

Ideale per famiglie numerose o gruppo di amici

Casa molto grande, ampio giardino, ben fornita (piatti, tazze, asciugami). Ideale per famiglie o gruppi numerosi (ci sono 10 posti letto). Situata in una pineta privata, quindi il soggiorno risulta molto tranquillo e rilassante. Inoltre incluso nel prezzo c'e' anche capannino privato sulla spiaggia raggiugibile in 20-25 minuti a piedi o 5 minuti in bici/ monopattino. Inoltre vicino al capannino vi e' anche un rispostiglio dove potete lasciare i vostri attrezzi da spiaggia. Essendo spiaggia privata risulta sostanzialmente vuota, quindi avrete molto spazio. Molto raccomandata. Siamo stati molto bene.

Beautiful location

The house is set in the most beautiful pine wood. The area is very peaceful and the beach (a 20 minutes walk from the house) is quiet. The house has a well equipped kitchen, a large living area and the bedrooms are spacious. The ensuite bathroom was rather small. The garden is beautiful and very well kept. Overall an amazing property.

Casa perfetta e posizione ideale

Abbiamo affittato la casa in due famiglia ed è stato tutto perfetto! La casa ha uno charme di altri tempi ed è davvero tenuta bene, la cucina molto attrezzata e tutto funzionante! A 15 minuti di passeggiata piacevole si raggiunge il mare e il gazebo privato! Una spiaggia stupenda, per niente affollata e un acqua limpidissima. La casa si trova dentro la pineta di Roccamare e quindi anche per il traffico è tutto molto limitato, anche per i bambini “zero” pericoli. Dsemvra di stare completamente da soli anche se in realtà ci sono molte abitazioni nei dintorni! Tutto perfetto e davvero da ritornarci! Grazie a Nicoletta per esser disponibile a qualsiasi domanda!

Proprietà molto grande e dotata di molti confort . Pulizia e cura del giardino impeccabili . La pineta di Roccamare è un ‘ottima location per trascorrere le vacanze

Relax

Abbiamo scelto questa casa in base all’ubicazione e alle foto…ma dobbiamo dire che le foto non rendono la bellezza del posto. La casa è molto spaziosa, pulita e immersa nella tranquillità e nella privacy. Il giardino che la circonda, gli spazi all’aperto per mangiare o prendere un aperitivo, e la doccia esterna calda, fanno la differenza!! La spiaggia è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi con una bella passeggiata di circa 20 minuti a piedi attraverso la pineta, mentre in macchina si raggiunge in cinque minuti. La spiaggia è molto ampia, poco frequentata, ed ha a disposizione un pergolato privato utilissimo nelle ore più calde. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Grazie Gianna

Ottima vacanza

Bellissima villa immersa in una pineta con ampio e curato giardino. La casa è dotata di ogni comfort e ha ampi spazi. La spiaggia è raggiungibile facilmente a piedi o con le biciclette disponibili nella casa. Molto comoda la tettoia privata con le sdraio in spiaggia. Proprietaria molto disponibile e pronta a rispondere celermente alle nostre richieste. Ottimo soggiorno. Da consigliare!

Super Urlaub in Roccamare. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super Lage, das Haus liegt in einem bewachten Waldgebiet. Das Haus ist sehr groß und sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist auch sehr groß und gepflegt. Der Weg zum Strand ist zu Fuß etwas weit. Mit den gemieteten Fahrrädern war der Weg aber kein Problem. Der Sandstrand ist sehr schön und das Wasser ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und klar. Vielen Dank an Nicoletta für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Ein Haus in der Pineta

Der Standort des großzügigen und gut ausgestatteten Hauses ist absolut einmalig. Inmitten der Pineta, umrahmt von einem gepflegten und weiten Garten, ist es eine Oase der Ruhe und Kontemplation. Nicht weit von Castiglione della Pescaia entfernt, kann man schöne Ausflüge oder Radfahrten in die Umgebung unternehmen, will man nicht das wunderschöne Meer genießen. Ein gewachsenes und an seine natürliche Umgebung völlig angepasstes Resort. Jederzeit wieder in der Nebensaison.

Wonderfull house close to the beach

We had a great stay at this beautiful vacation rental. The house is even nicer than on the pictures. It is spaceous, very beautifully decorated, good equiped kitchen, large garden, even toys for the kids and bikes to cycle to the beach are available. Its a 10 min bike ride to the beautiful, quiet beach. We had a very relaxing stay - everything was just wonderful!

ottimo soggiorno

La casa è pulita e funzionale, dotata di tutto il necessario. Spaziosa, estremamente confortevole e con un meraviglioso giardino in cui riposare all'ombra dei pini. La spiaggia è raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata all'interno della pineta e ben attrezzata . La pineta è un posto meraviglioso, silenzioso ed esclusivo. La comunicazione con la proprietaria ed il personale in loco è stata perfetta. Ripeteremo sicuramente l'esperienza.

Top unterhaltene Liegenschaft an Top-Lage

Die Liegenschaft ist sehr schön gelegen und sehr gut unterhalten. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und zweckmässig. Die Liegenschaft verfügt über einen exklusiven Strandplatz an einem der schönsten Strände Italiens. Der Strandplatz ist innerhalb der Pinetta sehr gut mit den im Haus vorhandenen Fahrrädern erreichbar. Die Eigentümerin ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Anfragen beantwortete sie jeweils innert kürzester Zeit und der Kontakt mir ihr war sehr angenehm. Die Liegenschaft eignet sich insbesondere auch für Familien. Ich kann diese vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschön, gute Ausstattung des Hauses, toller strand

Ein wunderschönes, im Pinienwald gelegenes Haus. Es ist riesig, wunderschöner Garten, privat, nicht einsehbar, toll ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt. Für einen Urlaub mit Kindern toll. Fußweg zum Strand 35 min, privater Strand mit schattigem Unterstand. Bäckerei und Restaurants allerdings nicht fußläufig. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub und echt tolle Unterkunft.

Großzügiges Haus mit gepflegtem Garten, tolle Lage im Pinienwald

Wir haben hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht und das Haus gefiel uns sehr gut. Die gesamte Anlage im Pinienwald ist sehr gut gepflegt und weitläufig im positiven Sinne. Die Grundstücke sind so angelegt, dass zwischen den Häusern Pinienwald und Hecken wachsen und allgemein eine lockere Verbauung viel Ruhe und Erholung ermöglicht. Wir waren 8 Personen - 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder im Alter von 2, 4, 7 und 8 Jahren und es hat für alle sehr gut gepasst. Der Weg zum Strand ist am besten mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern zu bewältigen, oder ev. sogar mit dem Auto. Das hat bei uns ganz gut funktioniert. Der Strand ist traumhaft für Kinder, alles feiner Sand, und im Bereich der Anlage nur sehr locker besucht. Der zum Haus gehörende beschatteten Unterstand ist vom Meer nur ca. 30 Meter entfernt. 100 Prozent Weiterempfehlung für alle die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen und auch für Familien mit kleineren Kindern aus meiner Sicht bestens geeignet.

Vacanza stupenda

La casa e la sua posizione nella pineta di Roccamare sono eccezionali. La casa è' bene attrezzata per una famiglia numerosa, ben ammobiliata e fresca. Anche il giardino è' bellissimo e molto ben tenuto. Il posto al mare è' piacevole e il mare limpidissimo. L'unico problema riguarda un po' la manutensione: doccia del primo bagno non funzionante, doccia fuori con scarico intasato, difficolta' a trovare 2 bici funzionanti sulle 10 a disposizione. Quelle con i freni non avevano i pedali, quelle con i pedali non avevano la sella ecc.. A parte questo, tutto è' stato fantastico!
