Part of a villa nested in the Mediterranean vegetation of the Circeo National Park, the property features 2 double bedrooms. A spacious and bright living area furnished with wicker furniture, fireplace and wooden beams offers direct access to the front balcony with sea views. A bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen complete the air-conditioned interiors of circa 100 sqm.

The exteriors comprise 2 terraces of circa 100 sqm on different levels, fully equipped with BBQ and brick oven to cook your own fish, meet or pizza while enjoying the panorama. The top terrace and front balcony overlooking the pinewood with cafè/restautrant, playground and basketball court offer spectacular views of the sea.
The property has a parking space for 2 cars, fruit trees and Mediterranean vegetation.

Beaches with all comforts, swimming pool, boat hire and much more are 3 minutes walk away. The closest supermarket is about 500 m away. The historic town centre and shops are about 1 km away.

Zu teuer für das, was es bietet!
Nettes Wohn- und Esszimmer, zwei feuchte und muffig riechende Schlafzimmer mit kaputten und fleckigen Bettlaken. Anfang Oktober waren ausser leichten Laken keine dickeren Decken da...auch nicht in den Schränken!! Klebrige, fettige Teller, Tassen und Gläser, alte Lebensmittel im Schrank...kurz nicht wirklich den Preis wert. Tolle Dachterrasse mit jedoch vielen Mücken und Fliegen.

Vacanza bellissima!
Abbiamo affittato questa casa per un mese, e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Rispetto ad altre case affittate in passato c’è un abisso! La vista poi parla da sola. Il contesto è tranquillo ed elegante e le spiagge sono a pochi metri (anche gli scogli del promontorio del Circeo che sono il mare più bello). C’è qualche scalino da fare per arrivare in casa, ma la fatica (oltre che salutare) è ampiamente ripagata dalla vista e dai confort della casa. La casa è molto accessoriata e funzionale, immersa nella vegetazione e molto riservata. La cucina ha davvero tutto: forno, lavatrice, lavastoviglie e un frigo nuovo enorme. Amo cucinare e mi sono trovata davvero bene. Gli spazi esterni (soprattutto la bellissima terrazza) sono grandi e confortevoli. Soprattutto la accessoriatissima terrazza (tavolo grande, barbecue con lavandino, lettini e divanetti, doccia esterna). Ma anche il salone doppio vista mare è stato molto utile, anzi fondamentale nelle giornate di pioggia che purtroppo in questo agosto non sono mancate. Tv satellitare e wifi funzionano perfettamente. La stanza piccola per due adulti è un po’ strettina, ma in estate in camera ci si va davvero solo per dormire quindi non ci ha creato alcun disagio. La cosa che più ci ha colpito è stata l’eccezionale disponibilità dei proprietari che ci hanno dato assistenza e supporto (anche di persona!) per ogni esigenza. Ad esempio ci hanno persino fatto avere l’inventario delle stoviglie (con tanto di foto!) in modo da sapere cosa era già presente in casa (che è già molto fornita). Un soggiorno davvero indimenticabile, un grazie speciale a Matteo e Livia per la loro cortesia e gentilezza.

una vacanza stupenda!
Siamo stati in questo bellissimo appartamento 3 settimane a Giugno , la casa e` davvero bella con la vista stupenda da tutte e 3 terrazze e dal soggiorno. Siamo stati qua con il bambino di 3 anni e devo dire che la casa si adatta bene anche per i bambini piccoli (quelli pero che non hanno bisogno del passeggino inquanto ci sono un po' di scaline da fare per arrivare alla casa). La casa e` fornita di tutto e tutti gli elettrodomestici sono nuovi (frigo, lavatrice, lavastoviglie). Molto comode anche le terrazze su tutti e due livelli, abbiamo cenato sempre fuori guardando il panorama, non viene voglia neanche di andare in ristorante. La spiaggia e` vicinissima come anche il parchetto per i bimbi meravigloso. in supermercato andavamo in macchina i 10 minuti si arriva in uno molto fornito e grande Carrefour in via Monte Circeo, ma ci sono anche dei piccoli supermercati pui` vicino. Un grazie particolare al proprietario di casa che e` stato sempre molto operativo nel aiutare per qualsiasi esigenza. Consiglierei a tutti questa bellissima abitazione per una vacanza rilassante e per le viste stupende. Tatiana

Spectacular Views - Memorable Home
My husband and I stayed in this home for 10 days in late October. It was just what we hoped for - quiet but convenient location with spectacular views of the ocean. This was the "off season" for San Felice Circeo so the beaches were deserted and many waterfront restaurants closed. Nevertheless we found 3 good restaurants open just 5 minutes away at the Port of San Felice. The house is just as described in the listing and photos - the terrace on the roof is absolutely spectacular. The view from the dining room and balcony looks over the trees and beautiful blue church roof to the ocean and the coastal towns. Mateo was very helpful with a few requests that we had. One pointer: be sure to check out the location of the electrical circuit breakers in the kitchen and the main electrical panel beside the car park. "Blackouts" can happen but are easily fixed if you know the locations. The WiFi worked great - and the TV also -after we figured out how to get the BBC! We have great memories of our stay in this wonderful holiday home.

Great holiday
My wife and I stayed here during the first two weeks in October together with our 3 dogs - very quiet at that time of year - no neighbors around. I'm sure it's a lot busier in the high season - there is one apartment/house attached to the building, but there was no one there when we stayed. Village is very nice and quaint - few decent places to eat - the restaurant on the corner in front of the house is not recommended. Easy access to Rome and Naples and Pompeii. Matteo was very helpful - we really appreciated that. In that area of Italy there are Tiger Mosquitos (even in October) and they are hungry - make sure you bring a lot of repellent, because they give you nasty bites - they have black and white stripes - be warned. Highly recommend this place for a couple or a small family with dogs.

ANGOLO DI PARADISO
E' il secondo anno che scelgo di trascorrere le vacanze in questa splendida casa, quest'anno resa ancora più confortevole da alcune modifiche quali un salottino e luci sulla terrazza panoramica , che non invogliava certo ad alzarsi e uscire; e non da poco l'inserimento delle lavastoviglie. Non c'è molto da aggiungere ad un posto così bello. Io ci ritorno sempre volentieri e' una casa da sogno. Da sottolineare . inoltrel'assoluta disponibilità del proprietario a risolvere qualsiasi problema si possa presentare.

Perfect
Perfect appartment, we enjoyed the great sea view. You can go by feet to the beach and the supermarket. I recommend the pescheria (fish shop) in piazza kennedy and the supermarket sigma (viale tommaso tittoni).

Casa da sogno, funzionale, arredata con gusto, pulita, balcone e terrazzo con vista da urlo e tutti gli optional per garantire il giusto relax (lettini, sedie, coperture, amaca). Il mare si raggiunge in soli 5 minuti a piedi così come ristoranti e pizzerie (anche se con quel terrazzo a disposizione vi assicuro che la voglia di andare a cena fuori sarà ai minimi livelli). Proprietà molto affidabile e di massima discrezione. Esperienza assolutamente da ripetere!

la casa dei sogni
La vacanza , trascorsa in questa casa è indimenticabile, per la prima , ho riscontrato che le foto pubblicate erano veritiere, anche se memore di altre esperienze ho chiesto un sopralluogo, perfettamente pulita , arredata con gusto e sopratutto molto funzionale. La cucina è fornita di tutto il necessario con piatti e pentole in ottimo stato, anche nuovi. Da evidenziare la serietà e disponibilità di Matteo proprietario dell'immobile, pronto ad intervenire per qualsiasi necessità possa presentarsi. Ci siamo sentiti suibito a nostro agio come se ci fossimo già statati . Il terrazzo offre un panorama meraviglioso, sulla pineta e sul mare, si sta talmente bene che non viene proprio voglia di uscire. A fine vacanza siamo andati via a malincuore, l'unica consolazione è che contiamo di ritornarci, perchè quando pensiamo al mare nella nostra mente compare questa casa.
