About this property
The Binnery: A cozy cottage on the coast of Maine
Welcome to The Binnery! A sweet little three bedroom cottage in the historic village of Sargentville, Maine with views of Eggemoggin Reach and the Deer Isle bridge. Walking distance to the beach, and five minutes drive to Walker's Pond and Caterpillar Hill. Close to Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor, Blue Hill, Brooklin, Brooksville, Buck's Harbor, Deer Isle, Stonington, and Castine. The Binnery has a wrap-around screened in porch, an outdoor shower, and is situated in "downtown" Sargentville.
The Binnery is a charming turn of the century Maine summer cottage: simple, serene, and inviting. It is adjacent to the local library, and close to some of Maine's best restaurants. There is also a gas station/liquor store/market/ice cream one stop shop five minutes away. Numerous beaches are close by.
We live next door, and can provide insight on some of the best attractions in the area, as well as some great kid-friendly activities.
