The place was clean and quiet. Safe older San Diego neighborhood, felt good about staying there. Close to Balboa park and other San Diego attractions. The parking is a challenge after 5 pm or so, otherwise I would have given 5 stars instead of 4.

Cozy with great location

Cozy spot for two and great location to walk neighborhood and Balboa Park. Shared garden area was nice. Couch was a little uncomfortable, but overall a great place.

Sweet Little Spot to Stay.

Casual, Easy Place to Stay! Checked all the boxes. Walking distance to fun coffee shops and restaurants. The property manager Nico was terrific and on top of everything i'm checking to check out. Really easy and communicative all the way through, which we really appreciate. It's just a relaxing little spot. We will definitely come here again

Great place to explore North Park and University Heights

Amazing location, parking struggles

This property is perfectly located! With no designated parking, parking close to the property was impossible at times! Clean inside and offered some kitchen essentials. Shower doors were unpleasantly loud when sliding open/closed. One window had broken blinds scotch taped together.

Easy to live in

The owner has fun decor yet has cleared space for guests. We are on a road trip so we came with more clothes than most there for a short stay. The laundry option requires quarters. I agree with another reviewer that the couch is a little more cushy than my preference but my husband loved it. There are two chairs I really did like though. I set up a little reading area with the bedroom chair which was nice when my husband was watching TV or napping on the couch. The tad lower neighborhood rating was due to parking availability but if you are flying in and walking/UBER then no worries.

Simple Accommodations - Great Location

This review is for property 1577552, another property listed by the same host. The host switched my reservation to this unit prior to my arrival. VRBO will not let me review property 1577552 because I did not make that reservation. Pros 1. The location is great - walkable to everything you need. 2. Great neighbors - we met two neighbors from the adjacent building and they could not have been nicer. 3. Comfortable bed. Cons 1. The unit itself is very small. My wife and I are shorter than normal humans and felt cozy. 2. Basic necessities available but nothing else. No coffee, but there was a grocery store a few blocks away. 3. Most uncomfortable couch ever. Fits two adults max. Overall it was a good home to sleep in and nothing more. I am disappointed that the host switched my reservation to another unit before my arrival and feel that the price should be lower compared to my original reservation.

North Park 1 bedroom

Basically a good stay. Parking was extremely difficult, and Neighborhood is quiet and fairly safe, although not particularly handsome. Communication with owner was minimal, but we had no problems

Fun in the city!

It was a last minute idea for a birthday celebration and our place couldn't have been more perfect. Felt lucky to grab it, easy to check in, modern and sassy in a lovely courtyard. Thanks for the care!

The perfect little getaway

I did not expect to stay at an a place that gave an experience that was so seamless. The transition to travel from check-in and check-out was very easy and the place provided all the needs of a vacation. - kitchen, tv area, bedroom, bathroom Plenty of room for a couple a child I definitely recommend and suggest. I will absolutely will return to this place whenever I come back into town. This experience was a great one.
