The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room and kitchen

el apartamento esta a 100 mts de la playa publica. Es tal cual las fotos, muy cómodo, amplio, tiene parking privado, todo funciona correctamente. Hemos pasado unas hermosas vacaciones en familia!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und beinhaltet alles was man braucht. Die Lage zum Strand ist super, zur Stadt Gallipoli ist es schon ein strammer Fußmarsch. Ideal mit Hund da das Grundstück eingezäunt ist. In der Hauptsaison ist es etwas laut, ab Ende August aber sehr angenehm.

nice flat, shame about the town
The property is very nice. There is a downstairs courtyard for parking with outside shower, and the accommodation is on the first floor with an external staircase. The flat has everything you need to be reasonably comfortable, although some extra cushion or a comfortable chair would be nice. above the flat is a terrace, although there is no furniture or shade so it is not very useful. The town of Baija Verde is somewhat overcrowded and at the time we went dominated by crowds of Italian teens, who create a lot of litter. They come for the very loud beach bars and open air nightclubs. Even with the windows closed you will hear them throbbing into the small hours. If that's what you want, this is the place, but not ideal for a family holiday.

Bellissimo soggiorno!
Casa molto ben curata e spaziosa, rispecchia perfettamente la descrizione. Posizione ottima a 50 m dal mare. Nelle vicinanze c'è un piccolo supermercato, una rosticceria e un ristorante/pizzeria. Il padrone di casa gentilissimo e disponibile! Soggiorno sopra le aspettative.

La casa rispecchia fedelmente la descrizione , molto pulita ed accogliente. Le camere ed i servizi sono molto funzionali , perfetta sistemazione per 5 persone. Ottima posizione, a pochi passi dagli stabilimenti balneari ed i supermercati. Il sig. Ezio e la moglie sono molto ospitali e gentili. Consigliatissimo!

Wir waren 1Woche in der wunderschönen Wohnung. Ezio ist ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter, die Kommunikation hat wunderbar geklappt. IDie Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet,. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen, Gallipoli ist ein sehr nettes Städtchen und die Auswahl der Strände ist groß. Vielen Dank Ezio ,! Ingrid und Martin

BELLA VACANZA!
Ho soggiornato in questa casa dall'8 al 21 agosto 2020 con la mia famiglia e devo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene! La casa è esattamente come la si può vedere nelle foto: molto luminosa,ben arieggiata e pulita. All'interno c'è tutto il necessario, anche lavatrice,asciugacapelli e ferro da stiro! Ha un bello spazio al piano terra dove ci stanno 2 auto.Dal terrazzo si vede il mare e per i più romantici...il tramonto!!La posizione è ottima: davanti al mare e vicina ai piccoli supermercati.Da qui si possono inoltre raggiungere tante belle spiagge! Unica nota negativa: molto affollato da giovani che a volte sono davvero incivili!! Ciliegina sulla torta, il proprietario: il signor Ezio è stato molto gentile,puntuale e disponibile e al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare persino il barbecue che gli avevo chiesto! Grazie di tutto e se torneremo a baia verde di sicuro torneremo in questa villetta!

Ezio's Baia Verde Home Was Perfect
We stayed for one month in Ezio's Baia Verde home and we had a wonderful stay. The home is large and well designed with a lot of outdoor space and comfortable rooms. The location could not be more convenient for the beach, grocery stores, cafe, restaurants. I would love to stay in this home again, and I may reserve it again for next year in summer. Excellent place to stay to be near the beach and conveniences, and also easy for short trips to see all the sites of Puglia.

Schöne Wohnung in direkter Nähe zum Meer
Die Wohnung liegt perfekt nur wenige Schritte entfernt von Meer. Sie hat zwei kleinere überdachte Terrassen mit Tisch und Stühlen .Es gibt auch eine große Dachterasse mit tollem Ausblick. Die ist leider unmöbliert. Da wäre es schön, wenn vlt. ein großer Sonnenschirm und Sonnenliegen aufgestellt würden, so dass man sie auch nutzen kann. In der Küche ist alles da was man braucht. Angenehm war auch die Klimaanlage und Moskitonetze, so dass man auch gut schlafen konnte. Der Vermieter EZIO ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Wir haben einen sehr schönen entspannten Urlaub in Baia Verde verbracht.

Schönes Haus in direkter Strandlage
Das Haus liegt ausgezeichnet, nur eine Querstraße vom Meer entfernt.Es ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet.Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich , man kann ihn immer über Handy erreichen und bei Badarf ist er auch innerhalb kürzester Zeit zur Stelle.Auch mit guten Tips.Der Strand ist schön,es gibt mehrere Freie, wie auch mehrere mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Sehr schöne Städte in der Nähe die man unbedingt besuchen sollte. Der Strand schön und sauber und das Wasser ein Traum! Jederzeit wieder!!!

Abbiamo appena finito una magnifica vacanza di quindici giorni Gallipoli è una località bellissima Baia Verde ha un mare limpido che ogni giorno ci regalava emozioni diverse . La villetta praticamente di fronte al lido è di una comodità eccezionale abbiamo avuto tutti i comfort che cercavamo aria condizionata due bagni curatissima in ogni dettaglio pulitissima e profumata, grazie ad un proprietario eccezionale Ezio sempre presente da gennaio il giorno della prenotazione alla consegna delle chiavi con una piacevole chiacchierata . Insieme alle nostre figlie diciottenni e il fidanzato che si sono divertiti tantissimo grazie alle attrazioni che offre Baia abbiamo deciso di ritornare il prossimo anno. Grazie Ezio per averci dato la possibilità di vivere una vacanza che ci rimarrà nel cuore. Ci rivedremo sicuramente l’anno prossimo. Grazie grazie da Franco Fortuna Antonella Federica e Guido ❤️

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung,Top Lage
Wir hatten 5 wunderschöne Wochen in dieser Ferienwohnung! Sie ist ordentlich und sehr sauber, wirklich zum Wohlfühlen! Die Lage ist prima, wirklich nur ein paar Schritte zum Meer, was gerade mit Kindern von Vorteil ist! Die zwei Balkone sind auch sehr nützlich, man hat so immer Sonne und Schatten, je nachdem was man mag! Der Vermieter Ezio hat uns sehr nett empfangen und war bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle und hat sich gekümmert! Nochmal vielen vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit!

Belle location à 3 minutes de la plage publique de sable. Les deux terrasses sont idéales pour profiter du soleil le matin et en fin de journée. Merci à Ezio pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Nous recommandons cette location. Villetta comodissima e vicinissima al mare
