Nice place that gave everyone room

This worked out well as we took Grandpa out to explore NC during his visit. Only trouble we had was finding the place in the dark after a long day of driving. We weren't positive about where to park but we got it figured out.

All around nice condo

Every time we look for a place in the mountains or the beach, I spend hours and hours looking at the details and reading the reviews, which can be quite revealing. This condo was well reviewed, but the picture of the living room made it look very dated with the pink armchair. The owners have updated the furniture in the living room and should update the picture to match, but the bathrooms all have nice vanities and toilets, though they left the original yellow tile from the 70s, which isn’t the problem of course. The four bedrooms with four bathrooms is amazing, not many places will have a single bathroom per room. The bedrooms were roomy and to find a place with three king size beds is rare, not to mention two of the rooms with the king size beds also had a twin. The only complaint was finding dirty silverware and some dirty dishes in the cabinet, but it could be that their dishwasher is just terrible. The place was very well cleaned and it will definitely go on my list of places to rent again in the future.

We love the location of this condo . The 4 bedroom 4 bath accommodates our party. We have stayed in this condo for many years and we are always pleased with the accommodations. As an added bonus this year, the leaves were gorgeous.

Roomy with beautiful views

My group of six adults enjoyed our stay very much. The location was close enough to Boone and other places of interest with great restaurants, grocery store, and gas within 10 - 15 minutes of the condo. The den area was perfect for evening cards or relaxed chit chat. Only concern is for families with small children as there are lots of stairs. Would definitely book this rental again.

Great Stay / Poor Customer Service

My family rented this mountain condo for a summer weekend getaway with friends. The house was very clean (except for the leftover McDonald's cup on the front porch banister) and in a great location for activities and restaurants. At the time of booking the listing made no mention that the unit did not have A/C. When we arrived the upstairs temperature was 94 degrees. We called the management company, Vacasa to inquire. The lady, at first, tried saying the information about the unit not having A/C was listed under "Amenities" but after realizing that wasn't the case she then told me it was standard for the area rentals not to have air conditioning. She was unapologetic and unwilling to help try and find an alternative unit. After saying I would not rent from Vacasa in the future she simply said that was fine with her. Luckily, the temperature for the weekend was mild and the house did cool off at night with the windows open and fans.

The place was everything we expected: clean, reasonably priced, perfect for 4 couples, comfortable with lots of amenities! Amazing Location!

This home is located within walking distance of the Sugar Mountain Ski Lift. It was perfect for our mountain biking retreat because we could just ride our bikes to the lift!

Spring Break

Overall, our stay was awesome. There was a problem with pipes bursting before we arrived, which left a giant hole in the ground, affecting parking, but it was eventually fixed, and we had a great time. Unit was equipped with everything we needed, and everyone slept comfortably. Will definitely consider returning or recommending to others.

We enjoyed our ski vacation across the street from Sugar Mountain resort. The condo was comfortable and spacious for our family of 8. It was nicely arranged for even more people. The only unfortunate thing is the lake pump to make snow for the resort was right outside the upstairs back bedroom.

So Peaceful & Relaxing

The house was perfect for our family. Having screens on the patio doors & on all the windows allowed us to open them up & let all the fresh mountain air in. The living/dining/Kitchen open room concept allowed everyone to be involved with activities or watching tv no matter what they were doing. The bedrooms were so nice and the furnishing in each room were adorable & comfortable. I think the Bathrooms were my favorite. The showers were so relaxing also. I kept finding excuses to take one. Over all the cleaning crew did an excellent job & we felt very safe in these Covid19 days. I'm definitely booking again.

50th Birthday Celebration

This condo was a GREAT getaway for my sisters and me (along with our families) to celebrate my upcoming half a century! It was a central location for all of us coming from north and south. The weather was remarkable. The area was remarkable. And the condo itself was, you guessed it, remarkable. The selling point of the condo was each bedroom having its own bathroom. Although not everything is within walking distance, the drive to get there was SHORT. Easy access to 2 grocery stores. Tubing the New River. Wineries. Ski Lifts (even in the summer). COVID-19 put a slight damper on what was open, but we enjoyed the view of the pond and the golf course. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us!!!
