The house belongs to a complex of two other adjacent houses, located inside the Residence Le Magnolie. It has an internal surface of 70 square meters and is surrounded by a large garden of 150 square meters. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and is composed of: 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom; 1 double room (which becomes double if necessary); 1 bathroom with shower; 1 living room with sofa bed; 1 equipped kitchen. Very comfortable is the large veranda equipped with table, chairs and barbecue where you can have lunch, dinner or grill on pleasant summer evenings. The back of the house is also equipped with an outdoor shower, very useful when returning from the beach. The house is just 400 m from the beach which can be easily reached on foot in 5 minutes.

Die Immobilie befindet sich leider in einem mangelhaften Zustand. Die Vermietung rennt den technischen Mängeln hinterher, statt die Immobilie im Vorfeld zu überprüfen. - erst am sechsten Urlaubstag hatten wir warmes Wasser. - die Waschmaschine wurde nicht repariert - es gibt keine Sitzauflagen für die Gartenmöbel - es können nur italienische Fernsehsender empfangen werden Es ist schade, dass die Immobilie so lieblos verwaltet wird. Positiv: - telefonische Erreichbarkeit einer englisch sprechenden Ansprechpartnerin - geräumige Zimmer - Parkplatz vorhanden Durch die Mängel übernahm die Verwaltung vermutlich unsere Kurtaxe.

Lovely, Comfortable home

The apartment was difficult for our 2 GPS’s (Car & portable) to find. We had to use the city map sign posted at the beginning of the city to find our way. We were welcomed by Vincenzo and Maria Giovanna who greeted us with a lovely large basket of fruit and oriented us to the house and easy free street parking. . (Note: the main switch to activate the air conditioner is on the rear patio near the outdoor sink, and the common washing machine is outside accessed via a side road.) It is a lovely home with a well-stocked kitchen, two bathrooms (one ensuite). We enjoyed our dinners on the front patio with food cooked on the rear BBQ! (Note: Bring your insect repellent!) Accessing the beach is a bit circuitous - via side streets, and it is tiring when returning to the apartment from the grocery store – due to a lot of dead-end streets necessitating a long indirect route. We enjoyed the promenade, and the pedestrian only streets - lined with interesting stores and great restaurants. It is a great home base to visit attractions lilke Scopello, The Salt Works near Trapani, and the ruins at Segesta.

prima volta che affittiamo casa in internet

abbiamo soggiornato per le 2 settimane centrali di agosto (eravamo in 5 persone) e la casa era come da fotografie, ben tenuta e ben pulita, il propietario è stato molto cordiale e sempre disponibile a risolvere dei piccoli problemi (un rubinetto che perdeva e la doccia che si era rotta) sicuramente la consiglierei. Per quanto riguarda San Vito lo Capo devo dire che offre tante possibilità negozi sempre aperti anche alla sera, ottimo cibo, prezzi un po' alti rispetto a quello che mi sarei aspettato dalla Sicilia. Il mare invece è stato una delusione perché la spiaggia era molto affollata e l'acqua sempre torbida. Notevoli invece le calette e le spiagge intorno alla cittadina le più belle sono di scogli quindi bisogna acquistare le scarpette in gomma. comunque tutto sommato esperienza molto positiva.
