At Our Customized luxury rental on the tee box of Prospector. Our home is nestled in the trees right on the golf course, within walking distance to parks, golf courses, and a 5 minute walk to Swiftwater winery / restaurant. Enjoy your stay while in the jacuzzi overlooking the custom oversized fire pit! Fill your time playing pool and/or ping pong in our converted garage game room with TV. Our back patio with a fireplace for your dinner or lunch. One more added bonus is the close 5-10 minute walk to the fabulous Swiftwater winery / restaurant. Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, however there is a large bonus room with 2 full sized bunk beds for extra guest sleeping and perfect for kids! This home includes One master with a king, one guest room with a queen, and another guest room with 2 full beds. The bonus room features 2 sturdy bunk beds, one that is a full over full and the other that is a twin over twin. We also have a loft that includes a full pull out couch. This home has all the amenities any renter could need, dishes, pots and pans, towels, linens, tons of cupboard and counter space. New Espresso machine. The covered hot tub is located right outside Master bedroom. We also have TV's above the outdoor fireplace , garage game room, and in every room of the home. The garage has a ping pong table , pool table with there are tons of board games , video games and toys for the kids!

Wonderful visit

We had a great stay. All was as described in the property site. It was clean, and had everything we needed. There was some spring landscaping going on but the landscapers were very accommodating to our needs. We would stay again.

Great Place!!

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was a great location with plenty of space. Love that it was pet friendly too! The kids also really enjoyed all the bikes, scooters, games and the bunk bed room.

Family retreat

The house was amazing - just what we hoped for - and my family had a great time. All the amenities you could dream of, and Seth, the owner, was extremely helpful and responsive. 5 stars, and we will definitely stay here again in the future if we get the chance.

Great place to spend the 4th of July

Loved the location of the property. The house layout was great with a great indoor family room and kitchen. Alson enjoyed the master bedroom suite. The outdoor space was also great and enjoyable with a view of the 17th tee on Prospector golf course. Our dog had a great time!!

As reviewed by others, great property in Suncadia and very nice house. Seth was very responsive to questions and his house was perfect. It was a perfect basing location to Leavenworth and surrounding areas and we will definitely ask to come back! Thanks again for the memories!

Good location off of golf course

The property was good. Some of the bedding in the upstairs activity room had some stains on it, the wine cooler in the kitchen had some damage to it, the floor board in the kitchen by the dishwasher was coming off, the back door handle came off when coming inside (later secured by my husband) and the hot tub had quite a bit of debris in it. I noticed many things that were broken and or damaged and when renting a property I do not want to be billed for pre- existing issues. It made me kind of nervous that so many things were damaged. But overall, it is a rental property and it was fine with a good location. My family had a great time using the pool table and ping pong table in the garage. The kitchen was big, and we loved cooking together in it.

Excellent Family Vacation Rental

We recently stayed in this house for 5 nights. Check-in was seamless, property was very clean and well appointed, good location and excellent / responsive property management. Seth was awesome and responded to any of our questions about the home in minutes. Much quicker than what I've experienced going through Suncadia's main rental pool. Highly recommend this property!

Great getaway!

The house was a great getaway for the family. Lots of things to do together at the house - games room, hot tub, and great dining and family area for hanging out together. Also loved the large master suite and the spaciousness of the house and the front and back yard areas - provided space to quiet time as well. Good combination for everyone. Location was very quiet but easily accessed the trails and the rest of the resort area by foot. Owner was very responsive and helpful to all of my questions leading up to our stay and we found everything as expected at the house. Would definitely stay there again.

Great property, Seth was awesome to work with. Attentive to any questions we had. Would definitely come back to this property. Minor details, the Heated floors in bathroom didn't turn on/work, and under cabinet lighting was out, but the property and location can't be beat.

Spring break

Seth is a great host allowing me to check in as early as I wanted. House is beautiful with extra comfy beds! Awesome hot tub. Tons of towels for the hot tub were available for use! Games in the garage were very entertaining for the teens! The kitchen was fully stocked with a great spice drawer! Fire pit needed a long bbq lighter and left side patio door was not locking from the inside. Other than that we had a great time! We hope to be back soon!!

We were looking for a quick getaway. The host was very responsive.

The house was great for ourselves and a few friends for a quick getaway. We were endeavoring to work from the space and the internet was pretty slow but we were warned and that was more of a function of the ISP than the host.

Seth we really enjoyed your home there was so much to do and we didn’t spend enough time there . Just to let you know my nephew came on Saturday and slept on the sofa bed in the upper loft and apparently the air mattress kept losing air all night .Other than that we loved your place.We have a place on Treasure Island in Allyn Washington that has 8 bedrooms that we used to VRBO and yours was just as comfy. Perfect vacation spot!

Everything about the house was perfect for us. We brought our two dogs and our cousins with their two daughters. There was ample seating for everyone both indoors and outdoors. Enough space for everyone to move about and be comfortable. The girls absolutely loved the bunk beds upstairs and relaxed on the bean bag chairs for a movie break. For the dogs, it was so easy to go in and out of the backyard, and the covered patio was perfect space to dry them off from running in the snow before going into the house. Speaking of snow, sledding just footsteps from the backdoor? The girls were elevated that the sleds were right there for them to use. Everything was perfect!

We keep our property in tip top shape and we are always looking to add more fun amenities for your stay. Are location is amazing vs having to drive through the property for another 20 minutes. It is located at the first turnabout and 30 seconds around the next corner. Our home has all the kitchen utensils needed and a drawer full of spices.

What makes this property unique

Our custom oversized firepit & covered hot tub , full game room with pool , ping pong , pop a shot and a 70" TV. Fireplace on back deck for dining. Close to the entrance and 5 minutes to Swiftwater.
Gourmet kitchen that any cook would love. Decorated for the holidays.
