Beautiful Oceanfront 11th floor 3 bedroom /3 bath condo in exclusive Southshore Villas has high quality furniture and new mattresses throughout for maximum comfort. This 1800 sq ft unit has a huge leather sectional, 55" HDTV, high speed wireless internet, full size washer/dryer in the unit, numerous amenities and all of the comforts of home.

Enjoy breath-taking ocean views and sounds from the 26 ft balcony with access from the living room and master bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen is appointed with granite counter tops and breakfast bar, separate dining area and ceramic tile throughout. The living room includes a 55" Smart TV with Spectrum HD service, free Netflix and a Blue-ray DVD.

The Master has a king size Bernhardt bedroom set, HDTV, sitting area, private bath with whirlpool garden tub, shower and a double sink. A sliding glass door leads to the oceanfront balcony, and a large walk-in closet and armoire provide generous storage.

The 2nd Bedroom boasts a king size bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds with access to a private bath. All bedrooms have HDTVs, and all bathrooms have ceramic tile and granite counter tops. All bedrooms have new mattresses as of 2022.

The beach is less crowded here since there are only 63 units in this building, yet it comes with all of the amenities of larger mega resorts. Key-less entry with your own personal entry code means no more hunting for keys in beach bags or wondering who has them! This condo has all the conveniences you can imagine.

Typically I am ready to get back to my own bed. Not on this trip. The beds were incredible in every room! The room was super clean and the building was well maintained. Awesome view and my thanksgiving with my family was one of the best.

First time stay

This condo was great for us. We had two married couples and one single person. All 3 bedrooms were very nice with bathrooms in two of them and one bath just outside the other room. Living room, kitchen and dining room were good size with open concept. Great view of the ocean from the large balcony. Owner was very nice and easily accessible. Highly recommend!

What a great experience! The condo is spacious & very well decorated. Loved the views of the beach!

Great location with incredible views of the beach! Watching dolphins from the balcony was wondrous. And we loved hearing the waves roll in. Mr Haas was a pleasure to work with and offered on target coaching about the property. Parking was ample, elevators were timely, and security was visible. Adults and children had a blast! We'd come back again in a heartbeat.

Anyone looking at this condo should look no further. This is by far the nicest condo I have ever stayed at. Nice view of the beach, king size bed, flat screen tv's, plenty of room, this place has it all. The owner was great to deal with and very quick at heping us out seeing how our vacation was spur of the moment. I recommend this condo to everyone, I hope to use again in the near future. Nice week!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the condo. Not too busy, condo had everything we needed. The reason I gave a 4 was because the floors and kitchen counters were dirty with crumbs when we got there. But since I was cleaning extra on my own with the virus it wasn’t extra work for me but somehow the cleaning people really missed those areas. We would definitely stay again.

Gem of Myrtle Beach

Overall, this condo exceeded our expectations. Norbert was super responsive and helpful. Keypad entry to condo was easy. Wasnt super fancy but it was more than comfortable for our family. The bedroom configurations were perfect. The true highlight is its beach location. We went over the 4th of July and expected it to be packed, but it wasnt bad. The balcony was great and accommodated all of us. Location felt reasonably safe, parking was tight if you have a truck or SUV but there was plenty of it. I cannot wait to go back!

Beautiful Week

Temps in the triple digits all week and it was STILL a beautiful week. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. So great to not have to go get/keep track of keys, too. Super clean, really comfy beds and plenty of space. The views were wonderful to wake up to and end the day with. The beach access was easy and the beach was no where near as crowded as other places we have stayed. It was even close to our favorite restaurant, Martinis (best steaks!). Our daughter couldn’t come last minute due to law school obligations but we look forward to her joining us next time. Thanks again!

Wonderful Views & Great Accommodations

This was our 2nd time staying here. It's well worth the money. Norbert provides you with everything you may need for your stay. The kitchen and bath are fully stocked. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of seating inside and out for your whole group. Our family really enjoyed our week together. Unfortunately, as we were getting ready to leave at the end of our trip, the electricity to the whole block went out. My son almost got stuck in the elevator after getting the luggage cart, and there was no way my 86 year old mother was going to be able to walk down 7 flights of steps in the dark to the parking garage. Norbert told us to stay put as long as we needed and contacted the bldg manager and the electric company for us. Luckily, the power came back on a lot sooner than they anticipated and we were on our way home.

Great view, plenty of space, fully equipped!

Beautiful views! Condo was clean & equipped with practically anything you would need- even a clothes hamper! (We've never stayed in a property that had one. Always had to bag dirty clothes.) Owner even supplies some board games, cards and beach chairs & toys. Not much you have to bring! Also- Mr. Haas contacted me to make sure everything was to our liking. That's important to me- to know they care about their property. Property had an indoor pool, outside pool, kiddie pool, lazy river, & hot tub. Bathrooms are near the pool, which was great! You don't have to go back to the room. Property was clean as well. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Comfortable, relaxing, the Best!

This winter will be our fourth year renting this condo for three months per year. It has exceeded our expectations. The beds are extremely comfortable, furnishings very attractive, and the view from the balcony is awe inspiring, Every sunset is different and the ocean is ever changing--I take photos from the balcony every day. Very clean and easy to maintain and well soundproofed. It has all the amenities listed in the description of the property and more. My husband and I continue to look forward to spending time here and highly recommend this condo. The photos in the listing are well done but it looks even better in person. I commend the owner on his genuine concern that all is right in the condo and getting things corrected asap, if needed. And maybe most of all, the fact that this condo is owned by a family and they use it for vacations ensures me that the owner has a vested interest in his property.

8 winters we've rented this condo and we will continue.

My spouse and I have rented from Norbert for the last eight years and we will continue to rent from him because his condo is comfortable and feels like home to us. From the first time we stepped in the door we felt like we belonged there and it continues to satisfy us. It is always well taken care of and since Norbert and his family use the condo at different seasons throughout each year, it is their home we are staying in. He is attentive to all of our needs and treats his guests like extended family. Being on the beach is another huge plus with fantastic sunrises and sunsets and the balcony furnished with comfortable chaise lounges, a fun high table with bar stools and more. I love the jetted soaking tub in the master bath and the beds have the most comfortable mattresses. North Myrtle Beach traffic is much easier to negotiate and less crowded than Myrtle Beach. Shopping abounds, the location is tops. Thanks, Norbert! You're the best!

Beautiful view, disappointing owner

View was great. One bed had a broken frame. The replacement came in on Friday. We contacted the owner as soon as we found it which was the evening we arrived. Pictures were sent. The couple in that room slept on the couch for 2 nights, and on box springs/mattress on the floor all nights except one. Fitted sheets had poor elastic and kept slipping off. Towels were worn and bleached. We asked for compensation because of the broken bed. The owner told us we were lucky he didn't charge us for the breakage. Really disappointing! Won't use this owner again.

Gorgeous Condo, Great Location!

This condo is gorgeous...new, clean and a great spacious layout. The condo complex is very nice, and we loved that they had the pool, lazy river, fitness center, grills and were very glad to see there is parking garage security and a pool monitor. The location of both the unit and the complex is great. Not only does the balcony provide an amazing direct oceanfront view, it is also spacious enough for all 7 of us to eat out there. It's so easy to just go down to the beach. And the description is so right...the beach in front of the complex was not too crowded. We noticed a couple blocks down that the beach in front of a twin building complex was packed like sardines and we were grateful not to be near that. Also, the resort right next door has a Tiki pool bar that allowed us adults to sit for a few drinks while our girls (ages 11, 13 and 15) were in our pool right on the other side of the fence! Make sure to try the "Tropical Lifesaver" drink...it was delicious! The banana boat rides and parasailing were easily accessible from the condo just a short walk down the beach (about 3 blocks south). We really enjoyed taking a banana boat ride and then had lunch at Molly Darcy's Pub, which was right on the beach at the same location as the launch spot for the boat ride. In closing, the photos and description in this listing are spot on and I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends! Thanks for a great vacation!

A cut above the rest!

Beautiful, luxurious and spacious accommodations. Kitchen well stocked with extras/ accessories not normally found in typical rental units. Loved that we didn’t have to keep track of keys or key card…digital lock was nice convenience! Owner communication was the extra touch! So nice to be able to completely relax! We’ll be back!
