The project, designed by architect José Carlos Cruz, was established to rehabilitate apartments from the late 1940s and restore them to their former dignity. The colors, the coverings, the contemporary vs vintage pieces, the lighting, the small bookshelves and also the works of the Flattered art collection merge to enrich the spaces with a 'touch of warmth'.
