This penthouse for 4 adults has a fantastic seaview. It is provided with 2 double-bed bedrooms. The open kitchenette is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee-machine, toaster, water heater and all the necessary kitchen equipment such as pots, pans and crockery. The living room is equipped with a TV. The bathroom has a shower, bath, washbasin and toilet. The suite has a very large fully equipped balcony with a magnificent view on the ocean as well as on the city.

ATTENTION: this Penthouse is only partially accessible by elevator. A staircase connects the last floor with the access to the Suite.

Wunderschön

Hallo! Ich war mit meinen Kindern über Silvester in der Penthouse-Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist relativ neuwertig und in einem guten Zustand. Die Handtücher mußten separat bestellt werden sonst war alles, auch in der Küche (Töpfe, Geschirr usw.), vorhanden. Geniale Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer bzw. die Stadt. Ein paar Gehminuten bis zur Füßgänger-Zone, aber alle überschaubar. Zwei Ladesäulen für E-Autos ist ca. 1 km entfernt (11 KW). Der Weg zum Penthouse ist einwenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber ich wohnte nicht im Flur :) Insgesamt empfehlenswert!

Appartement très agréable, parfaitement situé, vue imprenable sur la mer , terrasse exceptionnelle. Très lumineux, calme . Superbe. Manque d’accessoires dans l’appartement , lits trop petits, lumière automatique via un détecteur de présence très pénible …
