We understand the need to keep houses clean for renters and the house is professionally cleaned between renters.

This priced wine country house is in Sonoma, California. The property sits on two acres including a one-acre pinot noir vineyard. Recently remodeled and casually appointed, this home has all the conveniences to make your stay comfortable. Located one hour north of San Francisco, It is only a 30-minute drive to Marin and Napa Counties, one hour to Mendocino County and within a ten-minute drive to the historic town square of Sonoma. Situated at 1100 feet elevation on Sonoma Mountain, with privacy, this one story, three bedroom, three full bathrooms, 2500 square foot house has views of the hills, valley, and bay. It provides the renter with a wine country feel with a vineyard and a full outdoor cooking area.

There's lots to do if you like wine or the wine country style. Sonoma is famous for its wine and food. You could spend each day of your stay visiting a new area in Sonoma County and still not see it all. Visit world class wineries in Sonoma and Napa, walk around the Sonoma Historic Town Square, see the giant redwoods, or travel to small quaint towns and villages along the Sonoma Coast. There is always something going on in Sonoma. You can dine at wonderful restaurants or shop at gourmet grocery stores that provide an array of options for dining and entertainment.

The house comes complete with everything you need, including TVs in every room, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, all linens and paper products and basic cooking supplies. All you will need are fresh groceries. I do live in this house for part of the year, so it is well stocked.

Beautiful home beautiful artworks, great host right there.15 minutes to town and a world apart, be sure and save some time to enjoy the outside area fronting the vineyard.There is a partial view all the way to Pablo bay.LOVED IT

Perfect Getaway

Our stay at Sandy's house was perfect. It was like staying at a friend's home. We were three couples and we all had our own space. The house is beyond well equipped, and so many great entertaining spaces. We had chef Erin come in one evening and it was magical. Sandy provides so much information that was appreciated since this was my first time in the area. We all talked about how we hope to make this trip an annual event!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful house in Sonoma! The property is spacious, well-maintained, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. Loved this house. Beautiful landscaped and equally beautiful inside decor with tasteful art . Well equipped kitchen as homeowner lives there in some months out of the year. House located about 15 minutes from downtown Sonoma, a pleasant drive with great views. Definitely recommend and will go back in the future.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was. Everything about this property is amazing - from the beautiful, spacious accommodations inside to the absolutely breathtaking views outside, our family enjoyed every minute! The host is great to work with as well - she made the process easy and was quick to answer any questions we had. She also provided great resources about things to do in the area, and she even had a bottle of wine waiting for us - which was above and beyond! Beyond Perfect!

We were looking for a quiet location for 3 couples to share while exploring the Sonoma and Napa areas and found Sandra's property. It looked perfect on line but when we arrived, it was BEYOND PERFECT!! This custom home in the middle of a vineyard had everything. The interior appeared professionally decorated and was spotless. The open kitchen and dining areas made it a lot of fun for us to cook and play games. It was obvious that they lived there part time as there was everything in the kitchen supplies that was needed for preparing our meals. The beds were so comfortable that we all were looking for the mattress tags to see who made them. The best part however, was the exterior. There was both covered and open areas in the large patio and plenty of padded furniture to sit in while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. They even had a separate patio area by the grape vines that had another bar-be-cue, a fire pit and heat lamps. Sandra was a perfect host and her package of materials on what to do and where to eat was very helpful. She even left us a bottle of wine made from her own grapes that was delicious. If you get the chance, make sure you do a tasting at Roessler wines in Sonoma, who bottled it for her. Pat O'Sullivan

Superb!

Property is gorgeous and host paid attention to all the details. It is the perfect setting - we changed plans and spent more time there than going to the number of vineyards we were going to visit so we could stay there and watch the sunsets and see all the amazing birds that visitors the fountain. It is truly a very special place. Spectacular setting for fabulous family get-together

We were stunned by the beautiful property that greeted us when we arrived - the photos cannot begin to do justice to the vineyards and sweeping views from the expansive back property. The home is beautiful and stocked with every possible item one could imagine. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen and common areas perfect for our family to gather for the Thanksgiving holiday. For much of the time we entertained our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter who lives in Sonoma, and the property was so interesting, with 3 fountains and multiple paths that she was delighted with the "hotel house". One of the toilets needed special care, and when we let Sandra know about this she was very prompt to offer a solution although we found it unnecessary so did not pursue it. The communication with Sandra was always rapid and accurate, she was amazing and even gave us a bottle of wine from their vineyard (it was delicious!). We absolutely would recommend this property to others who want to be transported to a retreat but still be a close drive to town.

This is a wonderful property with gorgeous views and amazing sunsets. First class furnishings, bedding and linens. The home is absolutely supplied with everything you will need. The kitchen and baths also offer all the needed supplies. The outdoor patios and seating areas are top-notch. While this place can accommodate several, it also has a marvelous homey feel when hosting just three couples. Can't say enough about this propery and host...will return for sure!

Incredible!

There is nothing more to say! This house was a piece of heaven for three friends doing a 9 day trip to the wine country. Everything about the house was perfect and inviting. We spent many hours on the deck and in the outside areas because the scenery was magnificent. The amenities, charm, comfort, and ease of use of all that the house had to offer is unparalleled. I would rent it again in a heartbeat!
