Pros at work. Squeaky clean, seamless check-in. Safe. Extra amenities everything has been thought out. A little bit noisy at times given the location but all was good.

Great Knoxville Location

My family of 4 stayed 2 nights at this location. I was a little hesitant with the parking garage situation, but it turned out to be very easy. It was a very short walk to the parking garage, and it was reasonably priced. We really enjoyed walking around downtown Knoxville, Market Square, Old City, etc. The restaurant options are great in Market Square! The basket of snacks and board games provided at the rental was a fun added bonus! We had a great time and highly recommend staying here! If you are a light sleeper, bring sound machines. The rental also provided ear plugs.

We recently stayed here for the second time, and it truly feels like our home away from home in Knoxville! The place was clean, with comfy beds that ensured we had a restful stay. The large windows offered great views of Market Square, For meals, I highly recommend Tommy Trent’s for a delicious lunch; their offerings never disappoint. We also love visiting the Preservation Pub for pizza and to soak in the vibrant atmosphere, featuring a variety of talented musicians from all over the country. I highly recommend the weekend Farmers Market on the square as well. We can't wait for our next visit.Many thanks to our thoughtful and accommodating host.

Great location

Centrally located to do everything downtown. Downtown was lit up and decorated very pretty for Christmas. Condo had all thr amenities needed that anybody would want. Parking was very easy. Garage within walking distance.

Location location location

The loacation was great for our planned activities. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. You're in the city, so expect noise- ear plugs are provided ( nice touch). The only negative was that the kitchen and main living area needed more lighting. It was hard to play board games or read a book....all which was at the VRBO.

Weekend iim Knoxville

We had a great stay in the Garden condo. There is alot of attention to detail for guests. This was our second stay. The location is convenient to all the restaurants in Market Square, Gay Street and Old City. We will stay definitely stay here again.

Spectacular location and spacious place

This charming apartment is located where you want to be in Knoxville - right in Market Square! The place was spotless when we arrived, the beds were comfy, and there was everything we needed for an easy stay. It can get noisy at night, so the earplugs provided were much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!

2nd trip to Knoxville

This was our second time staying at this location and we LOVE it. The apartment is clean, very well stocked, adorably decorated and is the best location in town. It is right in the middle of everything, Market Square, Gay Street, Old Town, etc. Our daughter has 4+ years of grad school left so we will definitely be back to stay again!

Market Square Location

Very clean, spacious condo. Perfect for a weekend, or short stay while in Knoxville. You cannot beat the location. Market Square is the heart of Knoxville with easy access to campus. Will definitely stay here again.

Football Weekend

Great stay , very clean . Unit has everything you need including coffee, shampoo , etc. lockbox to access key a bit tricky to open but property mgr immediately responded to help . Great location if you want to be in the heart of the dining and bars ! Thanks for a great stay

Just a weekend exploring Knoxville

Our first visit to Knoxville with our adult son. Yes, there is late night and early morning noise, so if you're sensitive to that, this place is not for you, but if you can work around it, the space is wonderful and the location is amazing. So much to do and so many great places to eat and drink all within walking distance. We also got some fantastic restaurant recommendations from our hosts that we really enjoyed. We loved this place and would definitely stay here again.

This lovely flat at 36 Market Square is perfectly located. All the things you want to do (world-class dining, fantastic shopping, great nightspots) are short walks from your door. Even UT sports are only a twenty minute walk. Historic Market Square is THE center of Knoxville and on of THE best locations to stay in downtown.
You won't even need your car during your stay.
Supremely well located next to hundreds of award-winning restaurants, lively bars, art galleries, history museums, and boutique shopping of all kinds, this is the perfect place to stay for those who wish to immerse themselves in downtown Knoxville history and culture. A fair good amount of the places in downtown Knoxville are locally owned and operated, so you can really get a feel for our southern hospitality.

Earth to Old City has be a family run business for over 25 years in downtown Knoxville, Located in the middle of Market Square that will have any unique gifts you might need. Don't forget to check out their newest shop Alice in Appalachia,..Cocktail shopping!

Music?
Preservation Pub has live music every night or Scruffy City Hall for nightly entertainment
or check out a show at the Tennessee or Bijou Theater right down on Gay St.

What are your beds like?
All our beds are Queen size beds. We do have pull our sofa in some locations as well as futons in a couple of Living rooms. Please check with the individual units for further details.

How do we get into the unit?
Approximately three days before check-in a welcome guide will be sent to you giving you the code for the FOB box which will get you into both doors of the building. The entrance on Wall Ave has the elevator. The entrance on Market Stairs is stairs only.
You will also get a code to unit door at that time.
