NEW luxury 4 BR condo in the heart of Bolton!

Our newly constructed 4 Bed, 2 Bath (2,200 sqft) condo is in the heart of Bolton Landing - just steps away from Bolton's famous bars and restaurants. It sleeps 8 comfortably with Two Kings, Two Queen bedroom sets and an over sized big comfy couch for any overflow! There is a main floor living area and basement living area so parents and kids can enjoy their own space equipped with games (shuffle board & foosball) and smart TVs to keep everyone in the family entertained after a busy day on the lake. Our kitchen is fully stocked and linens/ towels are included for every bedroom. The condo is in a multi-unit building and is located on the first level with a lower level. There is a shared parking lot with the other unit. Individual units are secured with a private entrance off a common vestibule with a personalized security code assigned to each new guest.

Location is everything

Couldn't beat the location / proximity to the main street. Everything a 30 second walk from the front door. Place was clean and in great shape.

Wonderful!

We had a fabulous time in this beautifully decorated, spacious, and immaculately clean house. Beds were so comfy with tons of extra linens available. The location was unbelievable - we walked to all restaurants, shops, deli, café, grocery store, beach - only 2-5 minutes away! Bolton is adorable and so much fun - great food and gorgeous lake views. Kids and adults all had a great time. Thank you for a fantastic vacation!

Beautiful place

The unit was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. The location was great wirhin walking distance to shoppes and dining. No complaints at all plenty of room and separation. Two rooms upstairs and two downstairs. The kids had fun with the games as well. Check in easy and communication with the host was very clear.

Beautiful property right off the beaten path!

Four couples stayed for a wedding. House was beautiful, seemed very newly renovated and was a very short walk to everything! Great beds, great shower, cozy areas to all watch football, kitchen had everything needed. Only suggestion, full length mirrors in downstairs bedrooms, and squeaky bedroom doors and those are easily fixed! Would rent again in a heartbeat.

What a gem this property is! We had a wonderful time - great location, clean, well stocked, and the perfect place to come back to after a day out on the lake or beach for family game night/movie night. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to stay again!

Beautiful house by the lake

We had a great time! The house is beautiful and clean with great spaces to eat and spend time together. Walking distance to town/lake. Dianne was very nice and responsive. Will definitely come back to stay!

Could not have been better!

Our family rented the entire house for my son's wedding in Bolton Landing and it suited our needs perfectly. The location was excellent- super convenient to everything in town - and the house is new, immaculate and well stocked. The photos on the website doesn't do it justice. The bedrooms are huge, there are plenty of bathrooms and we spent time hanging out on the deck off Unit 2. Diana got back to me very quickly if I had any questions. This property is a hidden gem. Thank you!

Lovely place to stay right in Bolton!

My husband, daughter (2 y/o) and I rented this condo (unit 1) in August with another couple and we absolutely loved it! The condo was beautiful, new and clean and was the perfect find for our week long stay in Bolton. The place was also decorated so nicely, it made us feel like we were right at home! The location is extremely convenient as we were able to walk right into town and the grocery store is just steps away. The property owner Dianne was a pleasure to talk to and gave us some great recommendations for places to eat/drink and things to do. Highly recommend and we can't wait to come back!
